Vampire Outdoor Gear Anmeldelser

Really love the concept of this website. It was easy to navigate my way round, and the delivery was very fast. I am super happy with the pstyle urinary device. It works brilliantly. Much better than the original shewee I used to own. I also loved the personal message I received from the company. A personal touch makes such a difference. I follow the company on Instagram and they seem to be really making a massive difference to the outdoor industry, which has for too long, been the domain of men. Now women, and women who are more than a size 12, can have access to the outdoors through this wonderful company. Keep on doing your thing Vampire Outdoors, you're awesome!

Items received were fantastic quality and were delivered quickly. Communication was great as emailed for help with sizing and the response was so helpful! I am so happy with my order - thank you!

Absolutely incredible service.

I saw an email saying the bottles were in stock, I went online and bought one.

Within about 15-20 minutes my fickle brain decided it preferred another colour. So I emailed and asked if I could change. Which was done so quickly.

I’m always grateful for such amazing service, especially as I was ready to accept the colour of originally liked…just in case it wasn’t possible.

Brilliant website, a wonderful founder and great service.

I’ve had the bottle a week now and it’s perfect. I had a different one for work before, it went mouldy because there were too many places and moving parts that I just wanted something simple that wasn’t too hard to clean. These Nalgene bottles are it! No nonsense and do the job perfectly.

Thank you so much!

Good returns and quality product

Pleased with product and liked the website

Great clothing and products in fully inclusive sizes, styles and colours. Always so helpful and ensure you have a good experience. Love their products! Love their ethos! Love a good vampire!

I was struggling to find a good quality waterproof jacket for hiking in my size, so I dropped Vampire Outdoor a message and they were so helpful in sorting out sizing and dealing with my stupid questions. Got a complete bargain on a waterproof that has been fantastic on the trail and fits me perfectly.

Fast Delivery and Great Communication

Very prompt service

Great customer service, fast delivery and the trousers are beautiful and fit perfectly! It’s so nice to see an outdoor clothing company cater for bigger sizes.

Fast delivery and great product choice, a lovely company! The handwritten thank you note was the icing of the cake.

New Autumn/Winter Range is superb! Perfect fit and styles. Great communication from Rebecca as always. So glad I found this online store, it’s made a huge difference to my outdoor adventures. 👌😊

Fantastic service and great quality gear!

Amazing customer service! I wasn't sure what size to get so used the chat feature to speak directly to Rebecca who took my measurements and looked at the items for me and then sent back some advice!

Fast delivery

It's great to find a company catering for plus size outdoorsy people. Vampire Outdoor delivered swiftly and happily accepted a return when I realised I didn't like one of the items and issued a refund promptly. Their customer service is excellent!
I will certainly be ordering from them again :-)

Love this jacket! Lightweight, gorgeous bright colour (no more black for me!) and best of all it not only fits perfectly but is functional and flattering too!

Great service, great communication, good product at a great price!
