DON'T BUY THEIR SERVICE !!!

The computer shuts down for no reason and without warning, which means that no backup of our project can be made. Result : You have literally wasted your time and thereforce your money.
On top of that, the payment system is incomprehensible and dishonest !

In short, believe me, don't spend a single cent on this fraudulent service !

I've used it when I needed to speed up…

I've used it when I needed to speed up rendering a project of mine because I did not have my work computer with me. All in all, worked quite well and solved my problem. It was fairly quick to connect. I had a small problem transferring data from my Dropbox account but customer support solved it in no time.

Never Connects - But You Pay for the Wasted Time

This platform is absolutely terrible. Their support never responds and they don't provide refunds.

When you first initialize your virtual machine and try to connect, be aware that you are being charged. For the last several times that I've tried to use the platform, the virtual machine never connects. The screen is black and just continues showing the same animation that the session is "connecting". After an hour, the virtual machine never loaded. And yet, I was charged. I brought it up to their support team several times, and they never responded. I tried using it on a Mac and on a PC, but had the same issue.

To clarify, we do have to start charging when your cloud computer starts up, as it takes a few minutes to warm up and get ready for use. This is necessary because we begin paying cloud providers during this time to ensure a smooth experience once your session begins.

That said, we completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to be able to connect. There are several factors that can affect cloud computer performance, such as internet connection stability and server availability.

Misleading website/expensive

Misleading website . they advertise 7days free trial. but you will get ony one hour that is not 1 hour maybe just 30 minutes.
They delete your computer without notifying you
¨Your Vagon computer has been deleted permanently, including all personal data attached to it.

Also , the platform is too expensive , it have many errors when you want to turn on the computer ....

Regarding your cloud computer, it is only deleted after one week if you don’t subscribe to a monthly plan. We allow a one-week period for users to decide whether they want to continue. Additionally, we always send a notification email three days before the renewal date to inform users.

Very poor product and support…

Very poor product and support experience. Can not recommend them. Their product is pretty much in alpha state. Lacking documentation. No logs of the remote hosted streams at all, which makes it impossible to debug what's happening with the deployed unity app. Also they just default to the first unity camera instead of respecting the configured unity render streaming camera configuration. No support for linux builds, just windows. Multiple times streams did not started after very long waiting times. They told us their engineering team is in SF PST, but really its in Istanbul, then they told us their marketing and sales team is in SF, but really its in Istanbul, tool.

Big fraud . Scam website

fraud . scam website . they advertise 7days free trial. but you will get nothing. they will deduct $1 for card verification . but after that either your remote desktop won't connect or if you are lucky enough to get connected , then after few minutes , they will keep asking you for more funds. if you try to contact their support they will not reply. i was lucky to get reply . and i was told trial is free for free storage but remote desktop is not free trial .

Unstable and they take your money!

Unstable and they take your money!! I installed a game and tried to play, it crashes every first minute of the game, I can't play, it has bad internet connection, everything is bad. They have not answered any of my questions in the chat! I spent 40 dollars for nothing, I didn't use even 10 minutes for joy, only trying to play on performances: Spark, Flame, Blaze, even Galaxy ($13.63 per hour), uninstalled- installed, and nothing worked. If do not give me the money back, at least give my credit back so I will try to do something useful.

Network charge is misleading

They have something called network usage charge. After you exceed 10bg fo streaming (it took me less than a day) it keeps chargin you.
So there is PC cost + bandwidth cost + storage cost.
In my case each hour of usage costed me USD 4, rather than advertised USD2.5. Which is very expensive

While we provide 10GB of network usage for free each month, additional fees apply once that limit is exceeded. These charges are a direct result of the pricing and infrastructure costs set by cloud providers, and unfortunately, we don't have flexibility over them. However, we are working to explore and implement new approaches.

Endless pumping money out of you

If you think that you will pay for a remote computer and start using it, then reduce your ardor and open your wallet wide. in addition to this fee, you will be asked for each HOUR of computer use, and depending on how much power you need the cost from 30 cents to $12 (!!!!!!) per hour. in addition, when you want to replenish your balance - be kind enough to pay on top of the processing fee. highly do not recommend this service - it is built on the principles of black ux endless pumping money out of you.

They will steal your money.

You add money to your balance and then rent computers remotely per hour. Problem is... 1) Their support staff have not once answered any of my messages or emails. 2) My balance is alot less than the time ive spent using the service. by around $30. So basically they've stolen $30 from me and their support wont answer any of my questions regarding this. Looks like ill be charging back the money from my bank. I would avoid this website as I think it might be a some kind of skimming scam. I have reported them to the FTC
