I signed up for Vagon.io and made a payment, but their service is completely non-functional. My cloud computer instance has been stuck on the "Starting" status for over 2 hours.
I have tried contacting their support team multiple times through their live chat and email but there has been absolutely no response. It feels like I have been scammed as they took my money but failed to provide the service.
I am extremely frustrated with this lack of professionalism and support. If you are planning to use this service, please be careful. They do not care about their customers once the payment is made. I am currently forced to initiate a payment dispute.

Vagon starts good and works well to my workflow. Quickly and praticicle.

The experience of using the Cloud PC was smooth and lag free. There was a slight issue in the transfer of files from the Cloud PC to my main PC which led to loss of the file. Overall a good experience.

Easy to access, a great variability of option that perfectly match with the scalable option of the server pc.
Crear condition of payments, easy to use app from every device.
Very good service in general. A bit expensive in my opinion. I wanted to totally replace my old pc with a completely remote pc but I cannot afford it...

Having spent a lot of time working with VM's over the years from VMware to HyperV to gaming centric takes like GeforceNow genuinely this is the easiest quickest way to get online. It's still early days and I'm working on understanding the best way to use Vagon Drive but from sheer easy setup it's made it the perfect substitute to buying a more expensive PC, especially with RAM and SSD costs being so high.

It was great. I just had fun using it to boost my CAD Production for my next biggest project and i'm so delighted if i could actually achieve more in it.

service is really great. especially love that it has built-in vr support or mode.
I did wish that the 7 day trial's time limit was reset daily though. a single hour across 7 days?
I used that time up the first day or two.
but that's the only gripe I have about.

The interface is very beginner-friendly, and we can choose the computing power according to our needs.

I am using a vagon machine for few days to learn DaVinci resolve, and my experience is phenomenal. The machine is smooth and did not hang/crash. The payments and transaction mechanisms are very smooth and give the exact details about the machine usage and credit balance. I would highly recommend Vagon if anyone is looking for cloud PC.

I've been very satisfied with Vagon, which helped me a lot to do some editing in a non professional context. i don't have a "war-machine" type pc, but with this i can finally do something without my software crashing.

The support team is very helpfull and the app is so easy use.

Good service. Used it for windows graphics software on macOS. But make sure you have fast internet, that is essential.
