My wife and I called in to ask about…
My wife and I called in to ask about how to buy skip tracing and was treated very rude by a CSR. I think her name was Katelynn but I'm not sure. She told us that my wife was not allowed to be on the call and that unless she was added as a team member she could not have any information. This rule is fine, but it was how rude she was being. Then she got mad and started talking over us and put us on hold, then got back on the line and hung up.
When we called back, my wife started talking . At this point we got another person who said "Um...anyways, I didn't hear that. As far as I'm concerned your wife isnt on the phone. She's not going to make me loose my job today" and started laughing. I couldn't answer the questions because my wife is the one who uses propstream...it was getting so ridiculous that the CSR eventually just asked my wife what her name was and added her to the account. She addressed her as "beautiful and sweetie"....very inappropriate and condescending.. why did it take that long and why was the road that bumpy before that happened. Too many companies out there. Propwire and BatchLeads have way better customer service. There is a way to talk to people. I own a business and if my employees talked to my customers that way, they would be terminated. At minimum, further training would be required. The employee already said what she is concerned about "losing my job today" she could care less about company growth and customer satisfaction.
