We hired a 6 birth motor home from Vaaroom for the Easter holidays. This was our first time in a motor home, so something completely different for us. The booking was really straight forward and all the insurance was sorted for us. We chose to collect from the Bristol depot, as we were heading to Dawlish and could leave our vehicle there and collect on the way back. This worked perfectly for us. We were met by a gentleman who was friendly and showed us where everything was, and how all the electrics etc worked. Everything in the motor home was clean and it was well equipped with plastic plates/cutlery/cups etc.. plus a couple of pans if you want to cook anything. Also provided is an oven/grill. We also had a shower and toilet, although we used our on-site facilities mainly. We were with our two sons 14 & 11 and luckily they were happy with their bunk beds and said they were really comfortable. They are full size, which was great, as my one son is fairly tall. Our bed was a good size and very comfortable too. We really enjoyed our trip and wouldn’t hesitate to use varoom again. We would also highly recommend them. Thank you to all the team.

Katie met me when I collected the Motor Home and was really friendly and helpful and explained everything to me patiently. We enjoyed our trip and the facilities in the Motor Home were great. Easy to manoeuvre and comfortable.

The admin team were great and very informative. Katie was the first person I met from the company and was very professional. The vehicle was very clean and a pleasure to drive. I have recommended to several friends already

The lovely Katie at the Romford depot, was welcoming, friendly and went way and above to accommodate our needs, on collection and return.
She was very knowledgeable re-the Campers and was happy to show us round and explain everything to us.
We felt like valued customers and would definitely consider returning again in the future!

We had a really great experience with Varoom and I would book with them again in the near future. The camper was very clean and the customer service was very on-the-ball and helpful.
Knocking a star off for inconvenient pick-up and drop-off times (all within working hours) so it made it tough if you work full-time. We had to take extra hours off work to collect and drop off, and because of this, we had to pay a whole extra night to drop off a few hours later on Monday. If collect and drop off had been more flexible I would have given 5 stars!

All the staff have been very accommodating and helpful Amy, Sharon and Paul. The Camper Van was just perfect for our support vehicle for the cyclists who were cycling from Cardiff to Edinburgh in aid of Motor Neurone Disease appeal.

Excellent customer services and the motorhome was spotless. Our 12 days went without any hic-ups what-so-ever. We will definitely be using Vaaroom Ltd in the future.

Its was my first time hiring a motor home and didnt know much about its functions but Viktor provided me with everything I would need to know to have a awesome experience.

Hi we had a great time in the van travelling the south coast of Wales. Booking process was easy, the van was clean and the heating and hot water worked perfectly which were vital due to the weather. We would definitely use this company again. Small disappointment would be the kitchen equipment. Firstly no teaspoons. No bowls to use for cereal/soup/puddings. No mugs for coffee or tea. Also only plastic cups ( not great for the gin and tonic ) and plastic cutlery too. Easy upgrades please Vaaroom just pop to B&M. Otherwise 5 star thank you very much

Second time hiring a Motorhome from Vaaroom. We hired a 6 berth one this time after hiring a 2 berth first time. Big plus point for 6 berth is oven and bigger fridge / freezer. Van and service excellent again. Big thank you to Sharon, Amy, Katie and the team.

Everything was perfect from my initial enquiries right through to collection and drop off. Having not used a motorhome before I had my concerns, but everything was so simple. Handover including instructions took around 20 mins. The motorhome was very clean and comfortable. Ideal for a long weekend for two of us. I was surprised how easy it was to drive. Just a couple of things that could be a little better
1) the plates and cutlery etc was a very basic plastic picnic set - I understand the need for unbreakables but the set was really basic, no bowls or mugs. If I was to do this again I would ensure I had my own set.
2) we couldn't get the TV to tune any stations, some "neighbours" gave some tips but couldn't get it working. Luckily we had dvds with us for the rainy days.
3) The hose pipe to fill the water had the wrong attachment for the site we stopped on. Hose was a hoselock but the site needed the screw on attachment. We managed to borrow an attachment on the site the next day, but couldn't fill with water on our arrival as the offices where already closed.
I would definitely rent from Vaaroom again

Great service from Vaaroom. Excellent vehicle, easy to drive, and economical for its size.
2 points could improve the experience: a) a vehicle handbook, and b) info about how the tune in the tv.
I know the info is online, but not everywhere has internet access (we went to the west coast of Scotland)

Vaaroom in Keltly was perfrct.. beautiful motorhome. It was out first time to motorhome so really appreciated the indepth intro to the vehicle along with all hints and tips.

Marie the manager at Vaaroom kelty is simply amazing. Her knowledge houmour and patience really added to out experience. She was so helpful at all stages of out hire and would be wone of the main reasons I would choose to use Vaaroom to hire a motorhome in future

We had an excellent time going round Scotland. The motorhome depot was very friendly, Marie and Al gave us enough information and we're always on hand. The van cooker hob didn't stay on but we still managed. Good job I watch Jamies One Pot Wonders. Wish we had a microwave! A bugbear was no way of knowing the level of water in the tank - needs a sensor near it. Fantastic experience and we will come back again because The Highlands are calling.
