Definitely a 5 star review from us . We hired Douglas to tour the nc500. From the initial enquiry to booking and also answering any queries we had Steph and James were on hand with a quick response. Douglas has everything you need in the compact space . It’s very comfortable to travel in we actually didn’t realise how many miles we had actually traveled 928 miles all in . Would definitely recommend and will also be hiring from Go Forth again . Thank you for the seamless experience.

Highly recommend GO Forth for a motorhome hire - from start to finish the service was excellent.
Motorhome itself was in excellent condition and everything you needed was there even down to the spirit level to make sure the motorhome was stable when parked up.
We will definitely be booking again

First time ever hiring a motorhome
First time ever hiring a motorhome. We booked Bonnie but after it was in an accident we were swapped to Barney. Great van easy to drive and plenty space. Definitely be hiring again and the best thing was James and stef who own the company. Made it very easy to book pay and how to use all the things for the van I didn’t need to ask for help to be fair but anytime before or after the hire I always got a fast reply. Don’t get me wrong it’s not a cheap option for a holiday but definitely worth it in my opinion if you’re thinking about hiring with them don’t think just do it. Class act.

My partner and I used GO forth for the first time and what an experience It was. from the minute that we booked. Everything was so straightforward and Customer Service could not have been better. Everything was ready on time. Everything that you could ask for in the motorhome when going away on holiday Very flexible and had our security deposit back within 24 hours if I could give six stars I would. I Highly recommend this company definitely will be booking again next year.

Great motorhome, fabulous service
We hired Ronnie, having never hired a motorhome before. Had the most amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend GoForth. When we collected Ronnie,time was taken to explain everything and hubby had a test drive. Ronnie was well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. The thoughtful touches such as games were great. Deposit returned in 24 hours and prompt reply to a WhatsApp query while away made everything perfect. We are already discussing our next trip, loved it ❤️

We’ve just got back from the most amazing trip around Scotland in Peppa and had such a brilliant time.
The company were fantastic from start to finish and had thought of everything we could possibly need. I’d watched them so much on TikTok beforehand that I already felt like I knew them, so actually meeting them felt a bit like meeting celebrities 🤣 They were just as lovely in person!
I messaged them while we were away when we had a little problem with Peppa (which I’m pretty sure was actually my fault 🤣) and they replied straight away and were so helpful.
I’m currently recovering from a broken leg and knee, so getting in and out of the motorhome was something I was a little worried about. They provided an extra step for me which made it so much easier and honestly made such a difference.
We absolutely loved our trip and Peppa and made some amazing memories around Scotland. I’m already thinking about where we can go next and we’ll definitely be booking with them again. ❤️🏴

A wonderful week away!!
We hired Barney from Go Forth Motorhomes for one week for our very first motorhome adventure, and I honestly don’t think we could have chosen a better company to make it so special.
From the very beginning, the service was absolutely first class. Booking was really easy, there were no hidden costs, and everything was clearly explained. We also loved that, when booking Barney, we knew this was the exact motorhome we would be getting. We looked at lots of other companies and often found that they used generic pictures of motorhomes, meaning you wouldn’t actually know which one you would receive on the day. Knowing exactly what we were booking was a huge plus for us. Everything was included, gas, mileage, bedding, cutlery and more, which meant there was so much less to think about. They also have a great presence on social media, which made us feel even more comfortable. We could see Barney, get a feel for the company and know exactly what we were getting before we even arrived.
We were also able to book a parking space and leave our car there for the week while we went off on our adventure, which was incredibly convenient.
On the day, the handover was brilliant. Everything was explained properly, we never felt rushed, and we were made to feel completely comfortable before setting off. Throughout our trip, they were always on hand whenever we needed anything, which gave us such peace of mind. Nothing was ever a problem.
Barney himself was fantastic!! Well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We genuinely can’t think of a single fault or anything that could have made our experience better.
We travelled over 1,100 miles around Wales and England ☀️ myself, my husband, my daughter and our dog. What started as our first little motorhome adventure turned into a week full of memories that we’ll treasure for a very long time. There was something really special about having the freedom to wake up somewhere different, pack up and head off to the next place, and experience it all together as a family. It was a completely different kind of holiday for us, and we absolutely loved it.
And then there were the people behind Barney. They went above and beyond for us, and the personal touch you get from a small family business really does make such a difference. When we left, they actually stood outside in the rain to wave us off. That might sound like such a little thing, but it genuinely touched us. It summed them up perfectly, they really care about their customers and the experience they provide.
You don’t always get that personal touch with bigger companies, and honestly, they could learn a lot from this family. They made us feel looked after, valued and welcome from start to finish.
Thank you for helping make our very first motorhome adventure such a wonderful and memorable one. We genuinely couldn’t recommend Go Forth enough and would have absolutely no hesitation in hiring from them again.
If you’re thinking about it — DO IT!
You won’t regret it.

Great experience
Had a great experience hiring Skye the campervan. James was really thorough explaining how everything worked and very honest about any issues there might be. Van itself was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend…not just the essentials like crockery and cutlery but little extras like cooking oil, salt and pepper, teabags etc that I would have expected to have to supply myself. Nothing too much trouble for James and Stef…they even dropped off a bag I had left in the van at my house.

We have just finished a week doing the NC500
We have just finished a week doing the NC500, from time of booking to day of arrival James and Stef were prompt with any questions we had and the handover of the motor home was extremely helpful, really well presented and very friendly setting you at ease for your holiday ahead. Everything on there website is laid out so simply to allow you to book exactly what’s needed with all inclusive costs shown with just the security deposit as a stated extra but like every hire a security deposit should be no shock to anyone and was returned very swiftly at the end of our holiday.
The Motorhome itself was immaculate and offered amazing facilities that allowed us to easily switch between life on a campsite to wild life in a hillside Aire. From parking up it took literally minutes to press a few switches and put a cover on the windshield to create our home from home. We took our two spaniels along with us and found it so easy to clean up after busy beach days and hikes through Glenn’s.
I would 100% recommend anyone wanting to hire a motorhome for a Scotland trip or anywhere to give these guys a call.
Untill our next adventure guys, Thankyou for letting us live our NC500 dream ❤️

We hired a large motorhome (Sienna) from Steph and James, and from the outset they were encouraging and honest about everything. I had researched lots of other companies but felt Go Forth! had the most straight-forward terms and conditions, and coupled with the fact we could visit during an open day to choose which van was right for us, gave us the confidence to book. Our trip went without a hitch thanks to clear advice on driving and setup. Our deposit was returned within 24 hours. Would highly recommend using Go Forth!

I had Bonnie
I had Bonnie, clean and comfortable, easy to drive and good instruction pre hire. When I called whilst away, time qas taken to fully answer and guide me through the process, me being a dinosaur and not good with technology.
Jim and Steph were always polite and courteous. Next time (and there will be a next time), I will take a smaller motorhome, the free and secure parking is a welcome bonus.

Right from the booking
Right from the booking, James and Stef were fantastic to deal with, everything was made easy, and super organised. We hired Barney for 4 nights, and took our two grandchildren and our dog away on a tour. Barney is a fantastic motorhome, very easy to drive, and exceptionally well set up, with everything you can think of to need, except a soup ladle lol. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. And totally recommend GoForth motorhome hire.

We hired Ronnie for 5 nights on the first week of August and we have loved every minute of it! So comfortable to drive and very spacious for 3 people! Highly recommend Go Forth! Motorhome hire as they have some really nice motorhomes to hire and we can’t wait for our next journey with them!

5 Days in May...Amazing!
I rented the Home Sienna motorhome from Go Forth Motorhome Hire for five days in May, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The motorhome itself was absolutely fantastic. It was brand new, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed for our trip. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and made our holiday even more enjoyable.
What really sets Go Forth apart from so many other motorhome hire companies, however, is the exceptional service from James and Steff. Unfortunately, a lot of companies in this industry can feel untrustworthy or give the impression they're just looking for ways to charge you extra. Go Forth was the complete opposite.
From the moment we booked, James and Stef were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly organised. Every detail had been checked and reviewed before we arrived, so collection was smooth and completely hassle free. It was obvious they genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect before we set off.
During our trip, any questions we had were answered quickly, giving us complete confidence while we were on the road.
The biggest test of any hire company is how they deal with problems, and unfortunately we had one. On a very narrow road, we had a minor collision with an oncoming vehicle, which clipped part of the wing mirror. Naturally, we were worried about how the situation would be handled, but James and Steff couldn't have been more reasonable and supportive. They dealt with everything professionally, communicated clearly throughout, and, most importantly, only charged us the genuine cost of replacing the damaged parts. There were no inflated repair bills, no attempts to profit from the accident, and no unpleasant surprises. They were fair, honest, and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
That level of integrity is rare and says a lot about the business they run.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Go Forth Motorhome Hire to anyone looking for a high quality motorhome and a company they can genuinely trust. The motorhome was outstanding, but it was James and Steff's professionalism, friendliness, honesty, and customer care that made this a five star experience from start to finish.
We'll definitely be hiring from Go Forth again.

Accidents happen — particularly on some of Scotland's narrower roads! — and we've always believed our job is to deal with them fairly, honestly and without adding any more stress to the situation. Fantastic company
We were very fortunate to hire again form Go Forth motorhome hire. Yet again, attention to detail, communication, pick up, and handover was absolutely 1st class.
As always, everything you could possibly want or need is supplied for you. And a massive bonus is the on board WiFi!
We had an amazing time away and already booked again for next year!!!

We took Bonnie up north for a week, she behaved impeccably and the pre-hire communications from the team was perfect. Bonnie was well kitted out with everything we needed and when we had a couple of daft questions, they were on hand to handle them. Great company with a great ethos.
