Two Birth Motorhome.…
We hired the two-birth motorhome for a long weekend and I must say the people we dealt with at Vaaroom were brilliant. Answered all our questions and assured me that our dog would be welcome in the van. The van had everything we needed. My only issue was that the plates, mugs and cutlery were plastic, but that's a personnel thing and easy to stop and buy what we wanted. I am more than happy to give a 5-star review and recommend the motorhomes to our friends and family.

Thank you Charlotte, we provide plastic cutlery and plates/cups for safety reasons especially for pets and children. We love pets and this year we made the decision not to charge extra as they are a part of any family, just like children. We cannot wait to welcome you and family and friends and pets again in the very near future.
Travel Vaaroom Style
Booking, collection and drop off were all really simple procedures. The Motorhome itself was scrupulously clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We have never used Vaaroom before but I will be using them again for sure. The Vans are in very good condition and very clean, all of the fleet fairly new. The team was amazing right from the start with Sharon taking the booking, the team that got it ready and Katie for the excellent handover and signing the motorhome back in. We left our vehicle there while away and they have a very secure site, this was piece of mind while we was away

Great week, fully equipped motorhome. big burner was not working which was a bit frustrating for cooking meals as we relied solely on the small burners.

The place to go for holiday rentals
I enquired about renting one of their motorhomes and phoned the customer service team who went above and beyond to explain everything I needed to do. After booking everything I was able to collect my vehicle from my nearest depot. I received a call from the depot a week before telling me what to expect and when I turned up on the rental day I was shown how everything works and how to use the motorhome. I was advised that if I needed help there are videos on my customer page that go over everything again. These videos were super useful and I recommend watching them before you go.the motorhome was spotless! Lots of storage space and super comfy beds. If your thinking of booking a motorhome holiday then book it with the nice folks at Vaaroom!

Disappointed -We have just returned from the Sunshine…
We have just returned from the Sunshine festival in Worcestershire. We rented a 6 berth from Dodington Ash for 5 days.
1. When we were presented with the vehicle it was less than half empty of fuel
2. No satnav
3. Radio (broken)
4. We were presented with a set of plastic picnic plates, knives & forks & spoons & plastic cups.
5. No wine glasses.
6. We had no means of lightning the gas burners for hot drinks. We had to purchase matches.
7. No tea spoons
8. Had to ask for extra gas bottle. One in situ was half empty.
9. Had to ask for the water tank to be filled.
10. USB was broken in Drivers cab.
11. No sanitary pods for toilet.
12. All of this and were were told to deposit £2,250 prior to departure to cover various eventualities.
Not happy campers. We have our own Terms & Conditions and will be making a formal complaint
This afternoon we received a telephone call from Lee Smith ( Managing Director ) Mr Smith listened patently to our complaint. We now have a better understanding of how some of these issues occurred. We are certainly very confident no one in the future will face the same problems if they were to rent a vehicle

Please can I ask you to email me your reservation number directly to lee@vaaroom.com and I will resolve this for you. In the meantime for fairness please see below response to your issues, not sure why this was not communicated to you prior to, or on your collection;
1. When we were presented with the vehicle it was less than half empty of fuel (We provide the vehicle with a minimum 1/4 tank and ask our Guests to return with the same fuel. This is industry standard)
2. No satnav (none of our motorhomes have a Sat Nav as standard this is offered as an optional extra, but they all have a robust fixture for phones to be used hands free, free of charge)
3. Radio (broken) (Apologies the radio should work I will investigate this and get back to you)
4. We were presented with a set of plastic picnic plates, knives & forks & spoons & plastic cups. (We have a standard kitchen equipment which is family and pet friendly therefore we cannot supply glasses)
5. No wine glasses. (We have a standard kitchen equipment which is family and pet friendly therefore we cannot supply glasses however you are free to supply your own at your own risk)
6. We had no means of lightning the gas burners for hot drinks. We had to purchase matches. (Apologies we should supply a safety long nose gas lighter as part of our inventory. I will investigate why this was not supplied and get back to you)
7. No tea spoons (tea spoons are not a specific inventory item but we do supply spoons as part of the camping dining set)
8. Had to ask for extra gas bottle. One in situ was half empty. (It is our policy to leave the gas bottle from the previous hire as long as there is enough gas to test the system, we have paid the £40 deposit for the gas bottle, the Guest is then responsible for swopping the gas bottle if required by their usage and paying for the gas only approx. £28. This again is industry standard)
9. Had to ask for the water tank to be filled. (The water tank is normally filled to approx 50% capacity to start you off for weight purposes and we supply a hose for you to fill, again this is industry standard as over-filling can cause leaks)
10. USB was broken in Drivers cab. (Apologies for this, it is my understanding that there are a number of USB ports and I will investigate the broken one and get back to you)
11. No sanitary pods for toilet. (Toilet tabs are not provided free of charge they can be pre-ordered at £2/night or Guests can provide their own sanitation for returning the toilet cassette)
12. All of this and were were told to deposit £2,250 prior to departure to cover various eventualities. (The deposit of £2000 is standard for a Motorhome and we do offer a very popular excess reduction for £30/night which reduces this to £250. The second deposit of £250 is to cover any missing fuel or traffic violations. Both deposits are normally taken as pre-auth so not debited unless you are taking the vehicle for more than 7 nights. Again this is industry standard)
There are a few items in your list that I will investigate as they do fall short of our normal procedures/standards and respond once complete. Kind regards Lee Smith Managing Director.

It was my first time hiring a campervan, they made it a very pleasant experience.
Explained everything on the campervan.
The kids loved it aswell.
It was a great way to complete the NC500.
Really recommend Vaaroom, very new and luxurious campervan on offer.

It's only getting 4 stars rather then 5 because no gas bottle was supplied for kitchen & on board water supply was not topped up. On collection of motorhome we was told they do not do this which is a real shame because me & my wife never got the full motorhome experience however, we love to wild camp & managed around it & other then the above the whole trip from start to end was a great time

Thank you for the honest feedback Matt. Apologies we could not make it 5 stars and as we do supply a gas bottle it just may not be full and you may need to exchange it. Please let me know if there was literally no gas bottle in the van as this should not be the case. Also we fill the water up to half due to the weight but if requested we can of course fill to the top for you on collection. We certainly hope that we will welcome you and family and friends again in the future, next time we will make it a 5 star experience thank you.

Incredibly helpful and professional operation. Every single member of the team made the process of hiring very easy and enjoyable. Thank you to Sharon for help and advice when booking and to Paul and Lee at the Coventry depot for the pre-pick up courtesy call and a very smooth collection and drop off. The motor home was very clean and in good condition and had everything we needed for our first ever motor home hire experience, which was hugely enjoyable. We will definitely use Vaaroom again. Highly Recommended
Just returned from a 5 day trip with a Vaaroom Motorhome. The motorhome was beautiful and easy to use and operate. We received excellent service from the guys at the Kelty Depot, who were very friendly, professional and provided great explanations on how to use and operate everything. Will definitely be booking again.

We decided to book a last minute summer…
We decided to book a last minute summer trip to visit Scotland in a motorhome with our children.
A motorhome was a new experience to us, so to say we were a little lost on what to expect or where to start.
I contacted Vaaroom, and was put in touch with Katie who from start to finish was not only helpful, but was so friendly to deal with it made the experience from the start a great holiday.

We were parked alongside Maria and Claire, (Kelty Depot) they were pitched in one of their Vaaroom Vans. We were very keen to find out more about the company and a future hire. The van was immaculate inside and out, the girls knowledge of their particular van and how easy the process is to hire was very impressive.
