Rate display issues.
I had difficulty selecting the Bond rates on my first attempt on reinvestment as the rates were displayed as symbols.
I was unable to download terms and conditions and only proceeded by checking the box to confirm I had done so.
Otherwise it was quite a straightforward process.

Excellent company to deal with
I’ve been a customer for a few years now & opened, closed & moved money around as deals have become available. Whether using their online system or speaking to one of their team, they are always a pleasure to deal with. I particularly like their varying lengths of fixed deals 6, 12, 15 months etc as it means I can move payable interest into the next tax year.

Great bank with great customer service 😁
Most of the time I'm able to use online banking which I feel is very secure. On the occasional time I've needed to contact the bank the waiting time on the phone is minimal and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products. I've been using this bank for a few years now and can highly recommend them. Also there products are very competitive
When I have needed to move money back to other accounts the process is very quickly dealt with and once again security is high on the agenda.😍

United Trust Bank offers excellent rates of interest, which remain consistently at the top of the available rates in the market.
What truly makes a difference for us however is the exceptional customer service we receive from Olivia M, who is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

I tried to deal with a maturity instruction via the web site. I did not receive a secondary code to complete the transaction which was a nuisance. However, I wrote a request to you and received a reply in good time to confirm that my request has been actioned - so all is well.

Finding a bank which understands Trust accounts is becoming much harder, so engaging Steph and her team was a delight. Steph made the whole process very easy to understand.
