Unable to create 2 different trust accountsGot through to someone quickly by phone…
Got through to someone quickly by phone which is refreshing.Fairly quick response by email.Had difficulty creating two trust reserve accounts.Did one but despite emails and calls failed.The final advisor after several failed attempts explained that you need to use a different email address to create another trust account and not to log in on line.She went through each step on the website process to identify the problem.The previous advise from other people had not remembered this.

We experienced some problems with the online system and some account instructions but the Contact Centre staff were super helpful and very prompt in their replies and actions. It was refreshing to deal with a real person who could interact with us about our non-standard query, as opposed to dealing with an unimaginative AI system!

Easy, quick and simple
I have attempted to open business savings accounts with 2 other banks and the process has been so bad and slow, that I ended up not completing the applications. One bank is still carrying out personal checks 5 weeks after making the initial application. I dread to think how bad it would be to try and attempt to withdraw funds from one of them.
Opening the business savings account with UTB was really simple, very quick and easy, with extremely competitive interest rates. I will probably move more of the company funds to UTB.
