Making deposits
Apart from the fact that your website is incledibly slow to load on my computer, making transfers was easy. You do seem to have a problem with separating business and personal passwords so I have had to change my personal password twice after being warned it was temporary. I haven't used the business one recently so I hope it hasn't been similarly affected and expired.

I understand that some of our emails do have the same title so can understand some confusion and will keep this feedback for future improvements. If you have logged in before on your business online banking profile this should still be the same but all of our temporary passwords do expire after 10 days. Thanks Alex

Very efficient service
I recently had cause to transfer my matured cash ISA funds to another provider. The transfer went through very promptly. I will remain a customer, based on this experience, and could be tempted to re-invest if the interest rate on savings becomes more competitive.
