I had NO PROBLEM with you guys

I had NO PROBLEM with you guys! The problem I had with delivery was with the UPS store here in Midwest City. The figure I had ordered was delivered late Friday evening, too late to pick up. I called UPS on Saturday and they said it had not arrived yet. So I had no problem with your service, and was able to get the figure on Monday. I will be ordering from you again if you get in any more figure that I am wanting. James Staley

Always a Good Experience - But still no Private Warehouse

Orders always arrive complete and timely, but I’m basically local lol. My only complaint is the same as always. Still no private warehouse, but now it’s more annoying because they will make you ship the pre-order and currently available items in 2 shipments (so double the shipping cost, at least during a sale) while before it would just hold all items until all were available to ship. Lets them clear out the warehouse, but no benefit toward the actual buyer. Private Warehouse when?

Box arrived damaged

One of the boxes inside the shipping box arrived crushed and warped, which after a year of waiting for the inventory to be filled, was highly disappointing.

You guys came highly recommended, but I'm surprised you sent inventory that was warped like that.

Once the package was enroute, it arrived without issue, and you communicated delays consistently.

But it's highly frustrating to have squished inventory arrive at my doorstep, especially when the outer delivery box looks unharmed and normal.

Thank you for reaching out, and we’re very sorry to hear that your model kit arrived with a warped box. We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a kit in less-than-ideal condition, especially when the box itself is an important part of the collection.

Unfortunately, we do not offer collector-grade box options or guarantee the condition of the outer packaging. Boxes can sometimes experience dents, warping, or other damage during importing and shipping. The outer box is primarily intended to protect the contents of the kit during transit.

If any of the runners or pieces inside the kit were damaged, we would be more than happy to assist with a parts replacement. You can submit a request using our Parts Request Form here:

We know how disappointing it is to receive a kit with a damaged box, so we have gone ahead and provided you with a partial refund in the form of store credit as a courtesy.

Fantastic one stop shop for models, figures, and more!

I enjoyed the ease of use for the website, weather it be the Shopping or the information provided for the items of sale. I also enjoyed the constant updates on my package, where it was currently to how long it would take to get there. I also really enjoy the personal thank you letter provided with each purchase. I will continue to use this service and advice everyone I know to use USA Gundam as well, Thank you!
