Tried to order a fast track at airport for £9. It was not available and was instantly refunded. Fair enough.
Since then they have taken £35 and attempted to take several more. None of this was authorised at sign up. What service would I even be paying for?

Purchased a one off security fast track. I received an email to say there was problem and it had failed and I would be refunded for the cost of the fast track. Thought that was the end of it but have just seen I've been charged for a subscription for 2 months. For what I am not sure. Avoid this company!

They pretend to sell fast track services to airports and then they take your credit card details and charge you 39.90€/month, and never provide the fast track service in the first place. Do not fall for them, do not enter your credit card details or try to buy any services from them. They charged me three months and now I am having to dispute this with my bank, and I hope I get the money back.

This is a complete scam, I purchased fast track at Naples Airport and found myself signed up for a subscription which cost me 3 times the original purchase. They claim it is clear on their website, it is not. Steer well clear robbing 🤬. If i could give them a zero rating I would.

They are actively hiding information about the redemption products in their offering. Be very careful before using your currency to anything else but Points at Miles and More. I've recommend escalating this to EU, because using dark patterns in ecommerce is prohibited when its used to mislead customers. And looking at this review pool, this seems to be a wide-spread problem.

Ordered a Fast Track through Liverpool Airport, and noticed a couple of weeks later "HP*uptrip.co, Greenford" appeared 3 times with amounts between £9 and £36. Barclaycard refunded all but I have no idea who this company is and what the connection is with airports.
Just to clarify, I booked fast track through HiPass Aero. I thought I was booking direct with the airport. The lesson is to check - booking direct with the airport has always been fine.
