I placed an order and paid $125 on April 15, 2026. I finally received shipping confirmation on May 15th, when I received a notice that a shipping label was created. It is now June 2nd and there has not been any movement from the shipping. What gives? Only option to contact them is a general email and I receive no response!

I was SO excited to try these laundry products. A friend uses some of their pet products and is a fan, so I felt safe ordering.
Sadly, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment and concern due to lack of a shipping notification that the order confirmation email promised would be coming - but not before I’d placed a second order on a great deal they sent.
According to the website, if you have not received items after 7 business days, you are to email them. The website says to allow 3-5 business days for shipping, which leaves 2-4 business days for processing time.
I placed my order 5/13/26 at 11:21am. When I didn’t receive a shipping email after 5 business days - past the time shipping should have occurred, I sent an email. That was on 5/21/26. I have yet to receive a response.
I sent another email 5/28/26. Depending on how you count days, that was either 10-11 business days after my first order was placed (5/13/26) and 5-6 business days after my second order was placed (5/20/26).
As of end of business on 6/1/26, I have not received a response from Uproot. Sadly, I will be visiting my bank on 6/2 to request they reverse charges due to failure to respond or deliver products.
I’m patient. I don’t mind waiting on products to be delivered. I very much mind radio silence and having no idea if anything was done to my order other than processing my payment.
I so wish Uproot had a better communication process. I think they might be surprised how greatly that improved their Trust Pilot score. I sure with I had come here first and saved myself money and now the time it will take me to (hopefully) get my money back.
I’d so much rather just be able to use great products that clean and protect my washing machine while keeping pet hair off my clothes in the laundry!

If I could give zero stars or negative number of stars i definitely would. This so called “company” knows how to send out email blasts very well. I ordered tablets to clean my washing machine and have proceeded at get 6 emails a week touting all of their products and creating urgency to buy more. The problem? I never received what I ordered. This was over a month ago now. There has been zero response to my emails asking about when I can expect to receive my order. There was no answer on the suspicious phone number I called. It may not even be a real company because there was no answer and no message saying what number or company I was actually leaving a message for.
If you have seen the ads for this company on Facebook or elsewhere my advice is KEEP SCROLLING! Do not stop and real the ads and definitely do not order the product. I have yet to receive a refund but will keep hoping this will get resolved

Products ordered in April with 3-5 days shipping. Products were not received and the company stated it a as a warehouse issue and would be received by May 30th. As of June 1st Products have not shipped. The company has no ETA or why all products were delayed and a partial order shipped. I have resorted to disputing the charge with my bank.

Been over 10 business days and my order is still "Confirmed We're preparing these items for shipping" status. I emailed after a week asking for an update and no response. There is no phone number to call only an email. ***Edit to add, company finally emailed with an update saying a possible ship date due to warehouse issues ***edit to add, received my order & hopefully the products work. Took a while to get the products so I've already used other brands. I'm going to keep these as a backup/refresh treatment.

UPDATE: i have received emails from the company however im still leaving a one star review because they went in and cancelled all orders EXCEPT one. The email still left my original order totaling $109 but left two card transactions totaling $153 even after I left several emails stating I wanted ALL orders cancelled.
If I could do zero stars I would. I had placed one order totaling $109 then my emails kept going off with multiple orders that I didn’t do. Once I finagled through the horrible website I found a way to cancel the order, sent several emails with my concern and asked for all to be cancelled next thing I know $373 worth of orders hit my bank account and NO response from the company

Update: I received my order after getting an email. The shipping did not take very long so that was good. I have only had a chance to try one tablet so I have to wait longer to see if they make a difference. I think it has made some of the smell a little less but from it says will take a couple times for it to be better. I just was soo looking forward to getting it and the no communication is what really bothered me. I did a 2-3 emails one when order was placed and when it was delayed after I had messaged. You just should not have to keep hounding a company. I have changed my review to 3 since can not say much about the oroduct, but at least I finally got it.
I ordered on April 22,2026 I believe since it says it will get fulfilled and send like in about a week I waited and nothing. Then I reached out about it and got a replacement issue with product availability and would look out for. Got an email on 5-14-26 that label had been printed. On 5-18-26 got an email that the order hit a snag and will get with the delivery provider. I have not received any word since then and I have sent I believe 3 other messages. This is terrible customer service. Any idea of resolution? I still want the product to try. Had looked at numerous times and now wish I didn’t.

I placed an order on May 13th totaling $85.59 and have yet to receive my items or any shipping or tracking information nearly three weeks later. Multiple attempts to contact customer support have gone completely unanswered.
What makes this especially frustrating is that throughout this entire period, I continued to receive frequent promotional emails encouraging me to buy more products while my existing paid order sat unresolved.
I am not alone. A review of their Instagram comments reveals numerous other customers reporting the exact same experience, undelivered orders, and complete silence from customer support. This is clearly not an isolated incident but a pattern of behavior that potential customers deserve to know about.
I have since filed a PayPal dispute and formally reported the issue to the company's investor. I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice. A company that takes your money, ignores your attempts to get help, and continues to market to you while your order goes unfulfilled is not a company that deserves your trust or your business.

Ordered the washing machine tablets in April and received immediate confirmation that my order was in process. Beginning of May, received an email saying my order was ready to ship. Two weeks later and nothing, but received an email saying there was delay with shipping. Two more weeks go by and still nothing. I email them to request an update or to just cancel my order and issue a refund. It’s been a week and nothing. No response. And my order still hasn’t arrived. Do not recommend due to poor customer service and extremely slow order fulfillment.

WHAT SHYSTERS! I ordered the washing machine tablets on May 12, 2026. My card was charged immediately for $65.21, product not receved in the promised time, I wrote an email to the company requesting 2 bits of information. Received a canned response of, "it's on back order. We appreciate it can be frustrating.....yada yada, yada. Wrote 14 emails requesting the second bit of information and NO RESPONSE. None. You can only contact them through email, no phone number. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order with this company. Customer service is a joke. I noticed all the 5 star reviews they received were written by people who have only done 1 to 3 or 4 reviews. Suspicious. Robbers and Thieves!

Ordered the washing machine cleaner & paid for express shipping on May 3rd. It is now May 30th and no product. Was to ship within 3-5 days. Received a tracking number right away but when I click on the number, all it says is the label has been created, not shipped. There is no way to call and speak to anyone, only the customer service email address which nobody responds to. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company because this seems to be a trend. All you get back when you review here is an automated response that is copied and pasted. Everybody's response from the company is the exact same . This company is definitely a scam.
EDIT: And now they've added their resonse, which is exactly the same scripted automatic response they give to everyone. It is now June 3rd and I still have no product . Buyer beware.

I made a purchase of a bundle along with some washing tablets on April 29th. Per their website, orders get confirmed within 1-3 business days, and shipping would be 5-9 business days. I emailed customer service about May 14th, and was told that the tablets were on back order, with the expectations that they have it fulfilled by May 20th at the latest. But now there's been zero response since then. I emailed twice within the last week, once on the 26th and also on the 29th. No response

The products are great if you ever receive them!!! I have 2 outstanding orders from early April 2026 totaling $96 that still haven't shipped. Contacting customer service is a crap shoot! I have sent numerous emails to the owner, support and help depts. and through their website. After 2 weeks I got a rather lame excuse that they had an abundance of emails due to their recent promotions... I was eventually told that the dryer sheets would be expected to ship by May 30 and as a compensation they'd give me 10% refund - okay they did but only on the $20 order!! Zip, Zilch on the $76 order... The washing machine cleaner that I received quickly shipped via Amazon works great, as do the carpet scrapers I purchased a few years ago. I can honestly say that no matter how well their products work, I will NEVER AGAIN purchase directly from their website!!! I have been waiting 7 weeks for 6 boxes of dryer sheets!!!
BUYER BEWARE. STOP AND READ BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordering from this company was a mistake. I ordered the turbo washer tub cleaner 4 pack promotion on 4/19/26 and immediately received a confirmation email. They also immediately charged my credit card. It has been 40 days and they have not shipped my order or responded to my requests for an order update or my request for a full refund for non fulfillment of my order. On 4/20/26, they emailed to say there was a delay of 2-3 weeks for shipping the product. At the latest, the product should have shipped by 5/11/26. I waited past the indicated delay period to see if they would send a shipping update email. They did not. I contacted them through the customer service email (the only way to contact them) on 5/16/26, 5/20/26, 5/24/26 and 5/28/26. I have not received a response or acknowledgment of my request for an update status, or the request to refund in full the money spent for my order. I should note that they have no problem continuing to send marketing emails for the same product they are supposedly out of stock of. They have taken $105.99 of my money, not shipped the product, and do not respond when emailed. Customer service is non existent with this company. My only recourse at this point appears to be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and report their fraudulent business practices of offering a service/product and not delivering said product after paying for it.

Really frustrating to deal with this company. Ordered two items May 7. Expected delivery in 5-7 business days. No updates and no product on May 17. Emailed to inquire when I should receive my order. Quick response and apology - you will get your order my May 20 "at the latest." May 20 comes and goes. No order and no update. Wait until May 24 and email again. No reply. Try once more on May 26. Ghosted. Website still says my May 7 order is being prepared for shipping, How do you not respond to multiple inquiries about an order that has been paid for? Can I give zero stars? I ordered the product in April and still have not received the item. I reached out via text to the number that prompted me to buy more products right after purchase. Unfortunately, they were of absolutely zero help. Gave me a tracking number which provided information that the product order was created with no delivery date. I ordered the Uproot Clean Laundry Cycle Pro on May 17th and paid for express shipping. My intention was to clean the washing machine ogmf the home I was moving out of with it, and then clean the washing machine of the home I was moving into with it before doing our laundry. We have been in for a week now, and when checking the status of the order - it is still at processing. I have not received any notifications that shipping will be delayed. I get popular items being back ordered, what disappointed me and made me question the legitimacy of the business is that I have emailed them twice regarding my order and have had no reponse. Not sure about the product yet, but very poor customer service.

So I emailed Uproot and cancelled my order and requested a refund. The Uproot company has not responded to my email to cancel my order. The UPROOT company are liars and just want to steal your money without get what you ordered.
