Missing item from big order. they asked for photos and how do you take photos of something that isnt there. Sent anyway and they want individual pics of each lense close up and to open ones i didnt want to open yet. A huge runaround and i dont have the time to keep going back and forth. They must do all that so you give up and accept you got ripped off

Shipping was pretty fast, clear instructions on the one contact per package policy. The contacts were perfect and still pretty comfortable.

I order from them 1-2 times a year and generally don't have any issues, but my last order got lost in the mail. Uniqso made me follow up and call my local post office several times, then I had to re-order the stuff myself or else it wouldn't have arrived in time for my event. I really felt they should have offered me free express shipping for the reorder or something. It ended up costing me a lot of money. After all the stress of that, I may try a different company in the future.

You need to build your website to be better. Who sells singular contracts and doesn’t add an option for a pair. Spent $200 also the order never made it to me. It was returned to sender.

Very good quality, perfect for the cosplay, a little bit sensitive to light though.

I liked the contacts I recieved but my order was delivered without 2 of my contacts that were supposed to be included. When I reached out to customer service no one ever replied. I don't think this company is very customer oriented only when selling products, not if something goes wrong with your order.

They are pretty straight forward and easy to handle. There’s no weird fuss or anything and the products that I ordered looks good.

Only reason why they don’t get 5 stars is because the two pairs of contacts that I got were unreasonably difficult to put in, both of them. I understand that contacts can sometimes be difficult but these were rather annoying tbh. First pair were alright tho but the second pair were more difficult and once they were in the eye they were full of air and it was super difficult to get the air out so it would sit like a normal contact. (It made the contact fall out soooo much and it was not comfortable). They felt alright when they finally sat right BOTH eyes but maaaann was that frustrating and bothersome. Therefore 4/5 stars .

The product is of good quality and arrived as expected, but shipping to Belgium is very expensive... I would buy more things from your site if the shipping wasn't 9 euros for lenses that fit inside a letter...

It never even shipped. It's been easily a month now.

Contacts were fantastic

Never received my order, post office had an exception and it never arrived. Came back for a refund that wasn't given without something from the post office. This is my third or fourth order, all others arrived normally. Also paid for the Won't be ordering again. Ordered in JAN 2024 and here it is almost the first day of MAY 2024.
