I buy all my cosplay contact lenses from UNIQSO! I recently had a problem with one of my orders and they communicated and helped me solve my issue as soon as they could. They’re really nice and I love their options of colored lenses!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Despite the fact that I ordered this two years ago, it never arrived. I continuously waited for months, and there was no sign of it. Nothing ever arrived at my house, yet it was marked as delivered. I waited another year after contacting the company, hoping for any sort of information back about it. Fast forward two years, and it’s almost July of 2024. I placed this order around spring or summer of 2022. I never received any compensation, any apology, or any replacement. My money was wasted, and I don’t even live at the address anymore because it has been so long. This was a serious injustice, and I hope that other customers won’t have to deal with what I have. I can’t believe I got scammed with something that I was so happy about receiving. I tell everyone that I meet at conventions to never use this company, they’re going to cheat you out of your money without offering even an apology.
I hope that they get shut down, or give compensation to every single customer that they’ve scammed. I don’t even know how they’re still in business.. I can’t even reach them about the issue anymore.

Contacts came in at a reasonable time. The color is vibrant and really stands out. The red contacts you can see red in your line a vision, but this is my first time wearing colored contacts. So this might be common.

My package never came. They made me wait for a refund which wasn’t even a full refund. They only refunded me shipping which is way less than what I paid for.

I had no idea they made prescription colored contacts that were affordable now! According to the description, I ordered an exact match to my normal prescription; however, when I received them, the strength was correct, but the curve and diameter where not the same as in the description. I understand since the color needs to surround the whole Iris, but wish the description were accurate. I’ve worn them for a couple hours, and had no issues. I can see a little dark curve in my vision where it covers my eye, but it’s not horrible. I’m SO happy with my purchase though and would definitely purchase again.

If you are considering UNIQSO for contact lenses, please read my experience before making a decision. What started as a simple purchase turned into a distressing saga of poor product quality, inadequate customer support, and a complete disregard for consumer rights.

The lenses I ordered were stuck inside their vials, unusable from the get-go. As my event approached, the stress escalated with each ineffective solution suggested by UNIQSO. Their customer service repeatedly gave me the same advice I already told them I tried several times in several different ways to soak and shake the lenses in warm water—a method that proved utterly futile. I changed the solution, shook vigorously, gently, used hot water, warm water, nothing worked and all they could do was give me the same response (with massive delays in between responses) completely dismissing me despite video and photo evidence of my attempts at their advice failing. The looming deadline of my event only intensified my frustration, met with no urgency or effective support from their team.

Driven to desperation, I was advised to use tweezers to retrieve the lenses—a risky maneuver that could have easily damaged them. Miraculously, this method worked without ripping the lenses, but the risk involved was unacceptable, especially with no viable alternatives provided by UNIQSO.

Despite this, I had already ordered a replacement with express shipping to ensure I’d have something for my event. When the original pair finally became usable, I attempted to return the unopened replacement. Only then was I informed that I would have to bear the cost of international shipping back to Malaysia. This policy was not only undisclosed at the time of purchase but is also indicative of a company that has lost touch with the essence of customer service. Even PinkyParadise has a 7 day free return window. It’s ridiculous that Uniqso does not.

Throughout this ordeal, my attempts to seek a reasonable resolution were ignored. UNIQSO offered no compensation for the express shipping I paid nor did they acknowledge the unnecessary stress caused. Their silence and failure to engage with my complaints highlight a business that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

This is not the UNIQSO I once knew. They used to care about their customers and their reputation. Now, they exemplify the worst of business practices—greed and a blatant disregard for the people who support them. Anyone looking for contact lenses should consider this a stark warning: UNIQSO may leave you stressed, out of pocket, and ignored. Choose a company that values its customers and stands by its products.

Update: Uniqso’s calloused canned reply to this negative review only highlights and solidifies what I’ve mentioned about the company not caring one ounce about its customers or reputation.

Uniqso states that their return policy is clearly stated on their website. Here is their return policy:

“ 3. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.

4. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.”

Nowhere is it “clear” that I have to pay INTERNATIONAL shipping to MALAYSIA which is not as simple as simply paying for regular shipping costs.

Furthermore, Uniqso’s reply stating to e-mail them for assistance when one of my chief complaints is how they’ve completely ignored my e-mails requesting a resolution, *for several weeks mind you*, and my stating I would seek further action if I continued to be ignored only to still go ignored, only proves my point. So, thank you for proving my point on everything I’ve said, Uniqso! May karma bring you what you deserve.

Comfortable contacts, great ship time, I've never had an issue with anything they've sent me. Love their service, they have the cutest little packaging. Genuinely will not get my contacts from anywhere else anymore ngl. As a cosplayer and a glasses wearer who's prescription has never changed in his life, we stan. 10/10, I giv uniqso a little kiss. They always send me cases too for my contacts which I LOVE.

Package came in a bit later than it said,nonetheless the lens are good quality I highly recommend buying from uniqso ^^
