I spoke with Ciara regarding an issue…
I spoke with Ciara regarding an issue with my payment, and she was an absolute star from start to finish. She was incredibly polite, patient, considerate and empathetic about my situation, and she handled everything with such professionalism.
What really stood out to me was her communication and reliability. When she said she would call me back, she did, and she kept me informed throughout. She was very helpful, efficient and reassuring, and most importantly, she got the issue resolved.
It was genuinely refreshing to speak to someone who showed such kindness and understanding while dealing with an issue that was understandably stressful for me. Ciara is a credit to Umbrella.co and an excellent representative of the company. She made the whole experience so much easier and really demonstrated what great customer service looks like.
I highly recommend Ciara Morris and hope her hard work and lovely manner are recognised. Thank you so much, Ciara! God bless you.

Customer Service Varies…..
They pay on time and charge a decent rate but if you have any queries regarding the way things are done or how changes are being implemented the questions don't get answered and any requests for a call back go unanswered, so in short they are okay if you don't need any information from them at which point its hard work clarifying anything at all.
Called in today and was left on hold for 12 minutes somebody answered only to put me back on hold when i asked for a manager and then cut me off, not great really

Avoid this company
Avoid this company, they are horrible. I work for one Month for them and I do not receive my pay on time, was two weeks late. After I finished work for them I can't get my holiday pay and P45, I need to ask for this and they just ignore my emails or meesages on live chat.

I am sorry to hear you have had such a negative experience.
I would urge you to please contact our customer services team to review your complaint Marcin. We are here to help you and explain how your pay works when you contract through an umbrella company.
Very often holiday pay is paid upfront to a contractor, unless we are requested to accrue it to take at a later date. However the team can check this for you.
A P45 will always be issued at the end of a contract once final payments are confirmed.
