This is an absolutely appalling company!! Do not use them!! Only want your signatures and Never Deliver!! Just signed up with them three weeks ago and should deliver next Monday, but today (Friday) when I called the office, someone from their new business team claimed their transport department is unable to deliver because of the location and just terminate my contract there and then!! Already cancelled contract from my current supplier and ending up with no clean stock next week!!! The sales rep does not even have the gut to tell me what really happened and left me completely in the dark!!! This Elis group does not take us small businesses seriously. My frustration and disappointment is a complete understatement. Never ever do business with Elis, so unreliable!!

We've been stuck in a contract with this company for years, which we always seem to just miss to cancel. The quality of repairs for our engineers overalls are dodgy at best, they always fail within a couple of days. However the most annoying, frustrating and infuriating thing this company does is in ignoring multiple emails and phone calls. I've NEVER dealt with a company with so much incompetence... if your lucky to get a reply to an inquiry within 7 working days then your very lucky!!! Then when a reply is finally received and you reply back to that you're 100% guaranteed to have to wait another week for a reply and then be greeted by a completely new person being profusely apologetic for the long reply...... I truly don't understand how this company is as successful as it is!!!! Lots of backhanders I think.

We moved to Ellis from a really good company that alway collected and returned very clean overalls because Ellis said they could match the service but cheaper. BIG BIG MISTAKE. EVERY PART OF THIS SERICE WAS RUBBISH. DO NOT USE THEM.
Even when they continually sent back sub standard dirty overalls, miss weeks collections and deliveries they wont let you terminate the contact that they break regularly. Terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WE HAVE SPOKEN YO LOTS OF DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS.

I have been contacting this company for over 4 weeks for a quote for new linen hire. Keep being told someone will call back. I've even completed an online contact form. It is disgusting not having a response. Surely will not be using or recommending them

I wish I could give minus stars or none. This company provides a laundry service to Gleddoch Spa. I left an apple watch in a robe at the spa which was I later discovered was found by a laundry staff member. I tracked my watch to their home address, then seen it was off to London, then it went to Nigeria as i was able to track it on my app. When I contacted the laundry they said the staff member was on holiday and she would ask him when he got back. He has now 10 weeks later come back and denied having my watch and the laundry manager said there is nothing she can do. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The staff are not honest.

Nous ne sommes plus livrés depuis 3 semaines sans aucune explication, impossible de les avoir par téléphone, la ligne est décrochée, ayant même les numéros de mobile des chefs des SAV personne ne réponds. Pas plus concluant par e-mail. En revanche le prélèvement automatique marche. JE DECONSEILLE CETTE SOCIETE.

Manque de respect, vous parle comme un chien, vous parle comme si vous etes un robot envers les nouveaux.
Quand il ya un soucis il préfères écouter la version des ancien donc 1 version et non les deux,quand tu arrive ils sont tous gentils mais 3 jours après il ont un non respect total.
Et se demande pourquoi led gens ne reste pas.

Et en prime VOUS ALLEZ DEVENIR ALLERGIQUE A LA POUSSIERE, JE LE SUIS DEVENUE DEPUIS

Elis se chargeait de la DASRI à mon shop. Je suis très déçue de cette entreprise.
Des augmentations de prix considérables (de 50 euros par mois à 75) et des contrats abusifs qui lient sous plusieurs années. Aucune considération pour les clients longue date.
De gros problèmes en comptabilité. De gros soucis pour le suivi des factures, ce qui a engendré des mois difficiles.
Seuls les livreurs sont absolument adorables.

Nicht zum empfehlen! Die Firma ist zwar günstiger als z.B die MEWA, auch die Kleidung ist hochwertig… aber der Service passt nicht! Wöchentlich müssen wir uns beschweren, es fehlen Teile, Verzögerung der Lieferung etc.

L’entreprise de la honte. Comme beaucoup de gros prestataires dans leur genre d’ailleurs.
Une entreprise qui ne respecte ni ses engagements, ni ses clients.
Un commercial que nous n’avons plus jamais revu depuis la signature du contrat il y a plus de trois ans.
La satisfaction client n’a aucune valeur à leurs yeux, nous ne sommes bons qu’à les engraisser financièrement à notre détriment. Une prestation effectuée à leur bon vouloir et non en raison de leurs obligations contractuelles. Nous passons notre temps à tenter de contacter le service client pour que la prestation soit réalisée convenablement mais sans appel. Aucune possibilité de résilier ce qui est quand même honteux quand les clients ne sont pas satisfaits mais il faut bien qu’ils continuent à se gaver sur le dos des autres.
Aucun geste commercial effectué malgré les montants astronomiques que nous leur délivrons, aucun appel pour prévenir le client ni s’excuser qu’il ne sera pas livré et devra se débrouiller lui-même pour le linge.
Pour le bien être de votre entreprise, ne vous engagez jamais avec une entreprise pareille.
La seule chose qu’ils ont pour eux : quelques livreurs sympas et compréhensifs qui en prennent plein la gueule car au dessus ça ne tient pas ses engagements et ça ne va jamais directement au contact du client. Merci aux livreurs d’être les seuls compétents au sein de cette structure qui ne tient manifestement pas la route.
Pour la santé économique de vos entreprises, achetez du matériel que vous lavez vous-mêmes, ça sera bien plus efficace et économiques.

Ordered a branded mat in the colour that I was advised was available. After quite a while, finally received a mat.. but it was the wrong colour. Individuals got very defensive and passed the buck to each other. Was advised that washing the mat may make it darker? Guess what.. it didn’t.. had the mat collected and swapped for a non branded one.. in the colour that I wanted… and then I keep getting my old that’s the wrong colour back.. and they are ignoring my emails and phone calls. Shocking company. Will be escalating this all way.

My husband worked for this company. The management treat their drivers like dogs. Working all hours. Expected to complete routes with no training but then put you under investigation the company does not follow the employment regulations. When deliveries cant be completed you are to blame. Supervisors not willing to help drivers but will put stress on you. False advertisement on job description as when you’re employed for 3 months your job description changes with out your consent. They don't care about your mental health and well-being. Save your mental health and stay clear of this toxic environment

Avoid this company. They dont provide the service Im paying for, I have to call them every single collection day to get the job done otherwise they simply doesnt come.
The excuses are ridiculous “driver was on holidays” (whats my problem? How they dont put someone else to collect if driver is on holidays? My business can’t stop because they decide to go holidays, they didn’t stop the charges in my account because of it either). “Driver didn’t know it supposed to be every fortnight” (again, whats my fault if your company doesnt inform the driver the dates of collection? Yet, the charges comes as usual every month despite no collection being made)
I mean, every single collection is a battle to get it done.

Jours fériés qui décale de trois semaines le linge propre obligé de l enmener à la maison pour le laver extrêmement déçu de cette entreprise on attends avec une très grande impatience la fin du contrat qui bien sûr est très bien ficelé aucun moyen de partir avant la fin avocat à l appui si vous partez vous payer votre restant exemple il vous reste 2 ans à payer vous devez payer 2 ans de linge.entreprise a fuire .seul point positif les livreurs tres a l ecoute mais qui subissent leurs hiérarchies.

Ne viennent jamais changer les tapis mais vous facturent les prestations ( que je refuse de payer puisqu'ils ne viennent pas); du coup ce sont des menaces et des courriers recommandés( que je refuse maintenant).
A FUIR ABSOLUMENT. ENTREPRISE NON SÉRIEUSE

Très déçu du service de livraison des produits Elis. Le livreur s'est montré très impertinent et arrogant a chaque occasion. De plus, il a l'habitude de faire des remarques désobligeantes. Service inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas.

Conditions de travail horrible, je suis une ancienne employée, j’ai travaillé sept ans et je peux vous assurer que l’hygiène de vie là-bas est inacceptable. Les vêtements les draps etc… sont sales parfois tombe par terre et je vous raconte pas l’état du sol de l’entreprise ne faites pas lavé Vos habits serviettes draps etc… dans cette entreprise elle n’est pas du tout aux normes et en plus le directeur et les chefs sont des harceleurs. Sur tous les tableaux Cette entreprise est nulle. À fuir
