Avoid this company at all costs. They never deliver correct items. Some weeks they don’t collect dirty laundry. They lie about items being sent when the documents show they haven’t. They discard items without notifying you.
Poor service and they don’t let you cancel contract without massive charges even though they can’t give a service you are paying for. Complaints team is the worst I’ve come across.

Ils se servent sur votre compte comme bon leur semble....
Tout ça pour un service inexistant,à ce stade là c'est de l'escroquerie.....

I signed a contract with the company on the 28th of March, service starting date 1st of July. I gave the notice to the previous supplier. 2 days before they sent me an email that they cannot start the service as they don't have the products.
No customer service, no solution found, and I had to spend almost 2k to buy last-minute chef uniforms. I would never recommend them.

Cette entreprise est une honte, je suis client chez eux depuis 11 ans pour un tapis, un distributeur de papier et avant j'avais une fontaine à eau (que j'ai résilié).
Certes le livreur habituel est sympa, mais ca s'arrete là. Soit on a une erreur de facturation, soit on est pas livré, soit le tapis livré n'est pas le notre, bref après chaque passage, il faut repasser derrière pour faire une réclamation sinon on est bon pour payer la facture habituelle.
Plus que 2 ans encore avant de me libérer de cette entreprise pas sérieuse du tout.

Kiran is fantastic! He sorted my laundry and workwear out for my restaurant i had a supplier already however the clothes quality wasn't the best.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ELIS.
The quality of their products is absolutely subpar—far from what they advertise. The customer service is atrocious. When I contacted them to address my concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. Save your money and look elsewhere for your linens.

Kiran and Faisal came to my shop today, i was unhappy with my current client and they showed up with professionalism and class. I would definetely reccomend this company for anyone who is looking for perfect quality garments and good customer service.
