Really struggling with communication, prices increasing, the number of items way more than expecting, sales person just gets the deal and then you never hear from them again. Feel like as a small company we are being 'bullied' by a big corporation....

Really good friendly and reliable service

Very good service. Our account manager Daniel is very efficient, friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure all of our workwear needs are met. Would highly recommend Elise if you are looking for a workwear service.

My company has signed multiple sites contract with Elis and they did several surveys before the contract has been signed. We have explained what we would require, drop off locations, time of delivery , amount etc. When they have started delivering linen, they have refused one drop off point, delivery came after staff went home and they were not willing to adjust it by hour neither, we have asked them to not leave cages on one site because fire risk but they were doing it anyway, they didn’t provide rejected bags or labels on the first visit as they have supposed to do. Web portal didn’t work as it has been explained. My biggest problem with Elis is that it feels like they don’t even want to help customers when we have raised these issues, and they just want to do whatever is best for them so we had to adjust to it even if that has caused extra costs for us. Horrible customer service.

Had a job offer close to home more pay. They took me on I said I had another job there and they say don't go we will look after you ect tickets and long term work. After being half hr late laid off no warning and caused me to lose job closer to home, shouldn't be allowed to manage people with these ethics. Cost me a fortune and full time job....... This is a fact not fiction also told to fix cages and leave rust on not paint it which carries linen.... Havent been in touch or even paid there bill now either.......

Consistent collections with a very helpful and responsive administrative & customer relations team. Always open to questions and queries and are a well-structured team; even if someone is off, your query/email will get picked up by someone in the wider team.

Scott comes to aigburth carvery, every wednesday and is always on time, smashes it out the park everyday love a good footy chat.

Daniel always delivers great customer service. Friendly and polite and makes sure the product and service is as expected.

We have been using the Durham site for many years now, with minimal issues. Our account manager is brilliant, very attentive and visits site every 3 months as agreed. Customer service over the phone and emails also very good. Sometimes the odd mishap occurs, but the team are very quick to respond and resolve. No complaints.

Would give 0 if possible, worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’ve had tea towels rotting in my cellar for the last 6 weeks because they don’t turn up to collect, missed sanitary bin collections, so would’ve been at least another week until they were emptied, gave a second chance as assured the service would improve but it quite clearly hasn’t, rang up asking to speak to the account manager, didn’t bother to ring back until the next day and had the most couldn’t be bothered attitude I’ve ever encountered, avoid at all costs!

Love working for this company, I have worked my way from a factory worker, to an Account Manager. I am proof that the company gives opportunities to people who want to grow.

Would rate 0 if possible, customer service is beyond bad. All concerns, emails and phone calls are ignored or fobbed off. Half of their email addresses don't work so trying to find anyone to complain to is impossible.
We have been with the company for almost a year, invoices all incorrect and service almost nothing. Been chasing for months to try and get out of the contract and had nothing.

We have used the Durham Branch for some time now on 2 of our sites. We have never experienced anything too bad. Had a few problems when 1 of out sites first kicked off but that was resolved in a timely manner

Horrible company. Very sneaky. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Get you to sign contract and don't even collect waste or reply to emails. They just keep sending invoices. Avoid like the plague!

Appalling service. They are quick to send invoices but don't do the work they're supposed to do. Impossible to get hold of.

Katastrophe! Nachdem einige hundert Mitarbeiter bei der Anprobe waren wurde ein beachtlicher Teil an Arbeitshosen geliefert die zu gross waren. Also investierten nochmals dutzende Mitarbeiter ca jeweils 45min bis 60min in eine erneute Anprobe welche erst richtig amateurhaft ablief (nicht alle Grössen verfügbar, es wurde dafür "geschätzt") erhielten wir dann etwa 2 Wochen später die "korrigierte" Kleidung... Nun ja diese Hose kann ich gar nicht mehr tragen da viiiiel zu lang. Schlimmer als erste Lieferung. Mal sehen ob es noch was wird.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
We entered in to a 3 year contract to collect and drop off towels for our hairdressing business. We provide 6 months written notice as specified by the operative that we spoke with. They didn't respond to our notice and waited until the contract ended on our date to try and charge us for a further year. They can also increase your prices AT ANY TIME during the contract as per the very small print in the contract. Awful experience, I think we're heading to court

I WORKED THERE , WAS BASED IN NORTHWEST, my dad passed away the manager was ok , letting have time off then turned on me ,saying he didn't give me permission to have time off , I put sick notes in off the doctor ,never paid my sick paid still to the day, they made up I owed them , the manager based from St helens branch name of A**y, he bullied me and other members of the team , also bullied a young lad into resigning. He made me feel worthless after loosing my dad , he phoned me and said while I was off on sick ,I'd better resign or we will go down the route of sacking you ,I was off sick with sick notes ,for being low mood, bereavement, high blood pressure, he added to it . Scum of the earth . How can he be still employed at st.Helens depot it's unreal . High staff turn over because of this guy . Staff leave management's fault . A**y it's your fault . Get a grip stop being a bully . Reply to elis, I dealt with HR and she came up with the same and stuck by the manager , who i now have found out has been sacked , can I have my 12 weeks of sick pay please. Please provide a email or phone number so I can reply .
