No problem, returned the jumper and reordered next size up. This again arrived quickly and was perfect
The refund process was easy and the refund arrived very soon. Another good purchase and great service 👍

Good quality clothes. Would have given a 5 star but just a little adjustment that I think might help - please include the height of your models and the sizes of clothes that they are are wearing - makes it a bit easier to find the closest size, especially when buying online. Not sure if it's me but I feel like the length of the jumpers from shoulders to the wrist area is a bit small
