TERRIBLE customer service and tent quality. I ordered a blackout tent and the poles ripped straight through the slots as the poles were too big. The tent couldn’t stay up on its own and the stitching is terrible. I emailed and told them about the quality and the rips and they offered a full refund. I emailed several times and they never got back to me about the refund. Im disgusted my the lack of service and communication. Its been around 3.5 months still no response.

Everything about the product is a lie. It's address says they're in Texas and the number says New York. They say it's aluminum and waterproof but it's plastic and I'm not going to test the waterproof part because they can't even spell the words on the box it arrived in. Everything about this company is a lie and I'm sorry if you have wasted your money on anything they are trying to sell.

Love our snuggy. I brought one for our day sleeping area for naps but use it all the time myself as an adult! Sleep so much better, good quality and while it is very expensive compared to bed canopies the higher quality and total enclosure with net windows and multiple entrances and breathable high quality fabric is worth the higher price

DO NOT BYE i ordered a bed tend, poles are to long, impossible to fit into the slots leading to rips. customer service is non existent. iv emailed requesting a refund 10 TIMES WITH NO REPLY absolutely discussing.

Ordered end of October. Here it is first of December, no word on shipping status. Ordered 5 for my daughters. Wondering if I’ll get them before Christmas. They took all my money! Hope this isn’t a big scam site!

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter who has sensory needs. She absolutely loves it. Best thing we have bought to help her yet. I can totally see why, it’s so cozy and safe.

Swift delivery, great price and soooo big for 0-4 years, it even fits my 6ft tall son!

All there sizing is incorrect and does match up. They will not reply to emails or deal with errors they make

The tent itself is brilliant. This is the second one I’ve purchased as the first had completely worn out. My daughter is autistic and this is over her bed permanently. It’s very sturdily made, has great features and is perfect for my daughter’s needs. Easy to assemble in minutes. The only reason I gave it this score was the awful delivery. I purchased the first one from Amazon but they didn’t have the blackout version so I had to order straight from Snuggy. Of course waited in for the allotted timeslot given only to be told we weren’t in and it had gone back to the depot. After checking I found they had tried to deliver in a completely different town?! Absolutely no way of contacting the courier unless I rang Hungary. No help at all on the website. The Snuggy website was even worse, no contact number just chat option where I didn’t even get to speak to anyone. Was eventually asked for my details so they could look into the issue then I never heard another word. I had to go back to the courier website and put an alternative delivery address (the correct one) and it was diverted to me the next day. All in all great product but terrible customer service from Snuggy and the courier. I won’t be purchasing again unless I can find it on Amazon for reliable delivery and service.

Every wanted to experience the frustration of putting up a 4 man tent in a bedroom? No me neither but that's what you'll get. All I can say is that the geniuses behind this product must all live in mansions with plenty of space. I've got 25 years of camping experience under my belt and 30 of building IKEA furniture and I've never dealt with such a frustrating situation as trying to erect a snuggy pod. The poles are as long as tent poles which when you are using them in a tent is fine as you have the space of you know A FIELD to use them in but in a bedroom not so much. It's not even like you can build it and then relocate it as it's so big and won't fit through doors. Id often wondered why there were so many of these on the 2nd hand market and now I know its because people just cannot build them in their small apartments / homes. It's insane to me that this was the design they came up with and have continued with for years when there is now better technology available. The primary reason for these products is to help parents with the stresses that come with a child with sensory issues. If you manage to build this thing without stress, swearing and the urge to break something you are winning at life. Do I recommend this product? If you live in a very large house, Yes otherwise I do not recommend the experience of building a double pod to anyone. Maybe pay someone to build it for you as they do seem to work as a product (see other reviews) if you can get it to fit

I ordered 2 dog coats and when they turned up they were too big. I got in touch with customer services and they arranged for an exchange straight away which was sent out the next day.

Ordered a navy snug pod back in November took 2 months and was told my parcel was on way for them to not receive my shipment , had to agree to a black snugpod and a partial refund due to not wanting to wait any longer .
