The above company have now changed its name from Cozyhoome to Wondella. I strongly advise against using them as I and hundreds of others have been scammed by them.

Ordered electric foot filer from ShopPaya - when file didn’t charge used email from order confirmation to contact and response came back from Cozy Hoome. I requested a return, exchange or refund and CozyHoome confirmed they would send a replacement. That was a month ago, no correspondence since and now not answering my emails. Wish I had seen all these other reviews before ordering but the initial purchase info did not show that ShopPaya & CozyHoome were linked

I wished I had visited this site before ordering as I would not have bothered. Awful customer service. Awaiting two tiny hooks that must be coming from Outer Mongolia the time it has taken. Have written telling them to forget the order and issue a refund. Let’s wait and see. Do not use.

Purchased a Mobile Phone Mount in September 2025 and after 4 months the magnetic ring and arm fell off while driving. I attempted to remove it to see if it could be put back together and everything fell apart. I emailed them to advise of the issue and they replied that they will send a replacement. It has been 3 weeks and no replacement. SCAM BUSINESS AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was so disappointed, ordered extra pillowcases and got a different color from the sheets even though the packages indicated the same color. Also the sewing came apart in two areas when I washed it for the first time. Beautiful colors snd choices but dreadful product

Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! I paid $135.00 for a quilt that I could have gotten for $30.00 in retail stores!

I did not receive my order as they said it had been delivered , getting in touch with them all they kept saying was the tracking showed it had been delivered I asked for more details and get nothing but it’s been delivered £15 down the drain absolute scam

The Iran’s are poor quality and you do not get what you order. I was promised a refund of 75% and I’m still waiting!

Absolutely shocking. Kept sending me the wrong product which was substandard, offered me a refund, as well as sending out the correct product. Sent the wrong product again. Gave up as they do not respond and I’m not gonna waste my time, as I’ve better things to do.
Steer clear.

Purchased product, broke very quickly, complained, said they would replace, then just didn’t bother, chased up three times with no result…..steer clear

Kurze Zusammenfassung: vor ca. 3 Monaten bei Ihnen bestellt, Ware kommt aber falscher Artikel, ewig viele Emails da nur Teilerstattung angeboten wird, dann Einigung auf 3/4 des Kaufpreises da ich keine Lust mehr auf dieses Generve habe und nun warte ich seit 2 Monaten auf die Erstattung. Nie wieder!

Ordered 22nd Nov. Sent tracking link which does not work. They are asking me to wait until 20th Dec. Raised claim through my bank.

This company should not be in business. Horrible customer service and inferior products ! Truly disappointing experience

They are disgusting. Took them 5 days to respond to me writing everyday and all they said was to try to get refund from Walmart. So they get to keep the money and never send out the order. I don’t understand why Walmart allows them to sell on their site.

I purchased the warming mats, I authorized one payment of $46 and was charged multiple times completely draining my bank account. $390 charge $370 charge $300 charge etc etc more than 9 charges four more that didn't go through. Buyer beware scam company steals your money now in dispute with the bank hoping to get my money back.

I have not received this product and now I know why It is a major scam. I did check Amazon and they do have this product but not through Cozyhoome. do not order anything from this site
