I had an excellent experience with DeFacto. I brought tshirts on sale to take on vacation since I was visiting an extremely hot and humid country. The quality is amazing! Survived the weather and the washes which I have to say is quite good. I also returned some items. The return website link was a bit hard to find however, the staff members replied quickly via email and my refund came just as quick. Overall, I have had an amazing experience with DeFacto and will definitely purchase from them again. 10/10!

Clothes sizes are too big
The clothes were ok, not the best quality but ok. The sizes are way too big, am a size 10 and they are like size 14, so I had to return. And because the delivery company is Evri, they charged me 3 times because i had separated packages. So I ended up paying money for nothing.

I’m giving three not because of the service. That was prompt and on point. I’m giving three because of the material of the hoodie I bought. Despite purchasing xxl, it still didn’t do well with size.
