AVOID AVOID AVOID Do not use this company
Do not use this company. Customer service is absolutely shocking…or should I say non-existent! I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday, to arrive on Friday via DPD. Tracked the package and was advised by DPD that it would be Monday for delivery. Tried most of next two days trying to contact customer service at Ugg - they are a complete waste of space. Via email I was told I would be contacted in approx 5 working days, what use is this? Couldn’t contact them via online chat or phone.
Still out of pocket for next day delivery and don’t have the goods yet anyway!

Terrible non existent customer service
Terrible non existent customer service. My boots were not delivered and I have emailed them 3 times now and got no response at all! I will be contacting my bank to assist as it’s unacceptable

I have been trying to get in touch with Ugg for over a week regarding an order that I have not received and I am shocked at the fact the online chat is unavailable and that there is no number to call. I have tried 4 times to get in touch with no response! Do not order off the Ugg website!

Bought a pair of golden glow sandals. They split after wearing half a dozen times. Contacted UGG customer service 4 times now and nothing. They’re supposed to be under warranty as they’re only 4 months old. But nothing - no kind of holding response. Sent photos and proof of purchase too

My order number is EU9404082. I placed an order for Ugg Tasmans in Caribou. They gave me the wrong size, when I went to do an exchange the colour and size were out of stock so I contacted them directly as they have made the mistake not me and I want that colour with my size 6 and they have not replied and I have literally sent them 5 emails and I’ve had no response. This absolutely disgusting and terrible and I will be taking further action if this isn’t sorted out.
I love my UGG
I love my UGG, they arrived quickly, without fuss and look amazing. Used their service as well. Yes it took a while, but hey, the Christmas shopping always starts in September, so understandable they need more time. Nice answers and they tried to help with another order

2 weeks no response to pair of Uggs arriving damaged, wish I read the reviews first. Will be taking this further, most disgusting company going, ignorant and over priced, Ugg quality has depleated over the years, don’t bother and just get the fake ones they are better quality and a quarter of the price.
Cannot stand Ugg, should be investigated with all the bad reviews, have the cheek to send a survey email but can’t respond to any complaints. Wanted to speak to them before sending back as they apparently keep your shoes and money, thieves
Stole my money & kept my shoes!
I made an order and received an email to say my order was confirmed and my money had been taken. Since then I have had NO email or anything to keep me updated with my parcel. I have checked my junk inbox aswell! I have had no slips through my door to say any delivery was attempted but now come to find out they have my parcel still and are saying they tried and failed delivery. I can’t seem to speak to an actual human just an automated response. Absolutely rubbish and still they have my money
Wrong order
Purchased from Ugg for the first time, bought a pair of Tasman Uggs, received my order a couple of days later to find they’ve sent me the complete wrong item. Now I have to take time out of my day to return the wrong item I was sent. Really has put me off purchasing from them ever again
Do not order online.
Do not order your Uggs online, go into a shop and purchase them to avoid wrongful delivery and no refund/replacement. Alternatively do not order directly from Ugg.
Ugg are trying to state my order was delivered to my next door neighbour. I asked my neighbour if they took in my parcel and they said they didn’t. I contacted Ugg about this and they said they would raise a dispute with DPD. However they shortly came back to me the same day and advised DPD confirmed the delivery was compliant and that they will not be issuing refund/redelivery, and also advised me to contact the police on my neighbour for theft. They also stated they would not be helping further. However, I contacted DPD myself and they confirmed Ugg did not raise a signature dispute investigation with them, and they checked the geographical location and confirmed it had been delivered to an address in a completely different area to where I live. They also described the image as being delivered to an address with a blue door, however on my estate all our doors are black which confirms it has been delivered to the wrong address. However, Ugg are not cooperating even after emailing them with all my evidence, and they are now just not responding. They have essentially robbed me of almost £100. I have requested a chargeback from the bank regarding a refund as Ugg are refusing.
Not all Uggs are the same
Ugg mailed news of a new line, which seemed ideal for my wife with platforms similar to another mini Ugg she loves. Ordered the usual size. Sadly the use of neoprene reduces ankle/heel structure and support to the point of making them unwearable so we have had to return them. Disappointing fit from a company that has many loyal customers.

I have 3 pairs of ugg trainers. I contacted ugg asking for replacement laces. 1 pair of my laces literally disintegrated when I was putting them on. UGG don’t provide laces. I asked for laces off returned shoes that get resold. I was told this isn’t possible because they either recycle or donate. Asking for used laces is recycling isn’t it?! I was told that if I’d purchased recently they’d replace the shoes…doesn’t sound very environmentally friendly to me. I don’t need replacement trainers, I need replacement laces.
Awful. They’re literally the same as Apple by not providing replacement parts and making it as difficult as possible reuse what you already have.
Horrendously expensive poor quality UGG
I bought my mum 3 pairs of UGG Slip-on slippers just over 13 months ago direct from UGG. I paid £100 for one pair and £80 each for the other 2 naively thinking I was paying so much for UGG quality. Well the 3 pairs barely lasted 12 months. When new out the box they each had a great bounce on the sole, now my mum says it’s like having a steel mid-sole on each of the slippers. For the ridiculous amount I spent I could easily have gotten 26 pairs of supermarket slippers that would of done an average person a lifetime😉When I asked UGG if they could do anything(out of warranty but I was willing to throw yet more money at UGG to try to fix these very expensive slippers) they simply said ‘There out of warranty try buying UGG cleaning products’ YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR QUALITY WITH UGG SIMPLY THE NAME BADGE SEWN ONTO AN AVERAGE PAIR OF SLIPPERS 🤬🤬🤬
