Shocking company. Tried to scam me by paying for two tyres and them only sending one. Tried to blame it on DPD but had no photo evidence to back up the second tyre. Can't talk to anyone, filtered out by chat bots and emails. Luckily raised the issue with PayPal. Opened a dispute then swiftly got an email to ask me to cancel the dispute and they'll send me the missing tyre. Idiots. PayPal were my safety net. Took screenshots of all the correspondence and emails and put them all in the dispute. Tried to correspond outside of the dispute but I wasn't having it. Ended up getting my tyre 2 months later. Then had an email stating they would do an thorough investigation and let me know their findings within 2 days. Heard nothing to this day. It must be exhausting fighting all of these issues. Stop scamming and just be a decent company?
Remember, if it's too good to be true, it usually is.
Just use black circles. You'll save yourself a couple of months of agro.

Categorically the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No humans on the phones all AI. Absolutely useless, they have sent me the wrong tyres and I can’t get through or log into my account or speak with someone

This is just a scam company. My tyres never arrived. There is no customer service at all. When email them you can receive all the time same answer that they are gonna check what, where is your purchase. If you want to loose your money this is the best place for that. At the end you will receive an email " sorry but you didn't pay your order"🤬 My last hope fi my bank can do something but is a big doubt for that as well.

Timeline:
10/7/26: order for 1 tyre placed; email confirmation that the order had been received and handed over to the warehouse.
13/7 26:received email stating order had been sent via DPD
15/7/26:recieved email shipping status via DPD
20/7/26: Delticom Ltd took payment from my account
No further communication received.
Numerous attempts to contact this company failed after making contact with the delivery company DPD on several occasions, only to be informed that no order number existed.
I was quoted 3 / 5 days' delivery at the time of writing this review; it's over 30 days and still no delivery.
I have handed the case over to my Credit Card provider for investigation.

After all the negative reviews I have to say I was expecting the worst. However, this was not my experience at all. I ordered front and rear motorcycle tyres for my Triumph Street Scrambler two weeks ago and they arrived today. Communication via email was good. I received an email at every stage of the transaction / delivery status. Each tyre had it's own invoice too. The company sources tyres in Germany so obviously I didn't expect them within a few days and as with a lot of online distributors the shipment and delivery dates were optimistic rather than set in stone. All in all 14 days isn't too long a wait for tyres cheaper than anywhere else on the Internet. Tyres Guru also issue tracking numbers which DPD acknowledge before they receive the items. It took a week or so for them to be released from the warehouse so for peace of mind buying with a credit card guarantees remuneration should something go wrong. I have no issues with that so I'm one of Tyre Guru's happy customers. 😁

Utterly useless ordered July 10th (3-5day shipping ) one tyre delivered July 24th and as of today July 27th still waiting on second tyre, customer service appalling, just sorry for delay message after several emails asking where the tyres were, selling products they don't have in stock.

Absolute scammers! Do not trust this website under any circumstances. They take your money instantly, but you will never receive your items. I ordered 2 Michelin tyres, and they sent me fake DPD tracking numbers that do not exist or match any real shipment. When you try to contact them, they completely ignore your emails and provide zero customer support.
​This company uses fraudulent practices and fake documentation to deceive customers. Please protect your money and stay away from this trap.
​An official investigation has already been launched against them by the UK Police and Trading Standards. Legal actions are underway, and this fraudulent website is facing a complete government shutdown. If you have been scammed by them, report them to Action Fraud and contact your bank immediately for a chargeback!

Had to give it 1 start but should be 0. After 3 weeks of ordering a motorbike tyre it still hasn't arrived. No communication when completing their contact forms and when I went to cancel the order it did not recognise the order number for this request only on the contact page. Another complaint contact raised asking for a refund. The DPD number goes to the German site im in the UK and just says waiting for the order from the supplier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The most dispicable incompetent untrustworthy company ever. Ordered 4 tyres which should have arrived within 5 - 8 days and i have now been waiting for this delivery for 27 days. My MOT had failed on worn tyres and i had 10 days to get them replaced and now its too late to have it tested again, the garage has told me i will have to have a new MOT and pay £54 again. Please please please do not order tyres from here, the contact number they have provided on their website will be answered by an AI automated machine which cuts you off, then you will find that your order number no longer exists. They have ripped me off by £472 and now i have raised a dispute with them through my bank to see if i can get that money back which i have been told is unlikely

This company is a SCAM. If you want to lose money, this is the best way to do it. I honestly do not recommend it. There is no way to contact the company or get a refund I repea: this company is a scam. If the website claims delivery takes 3-4 business days, that is a lie. Don't make the mistake of ordering tires from this site.

Clearly a scam. Their modus operandi is as follows: I placed an order via Tyres.net and received a email confirmation. Shortly after that, I received a further communication from Tyres-guru relating to my order. The payment on my credit card was taken by Delticom Limited (a UK‑registered company). Despite payment being taken, the tyre was not delivered within the promised timeframe. I will be reporting this to the police and contacting my credit card provider.

Not a UK company - a middle man ir seems. Tyre shows as in stock, yet as with others, after 5 days, a further email stating it will be delayed. 9 days on, and not despatched, and no indication of if it will be. Company impossible to talk to / communucate with. Paypal dispute raised. AVOID this lot - if its not a scam then its a bloody poor company

SCAM! Avoid - tyres-guru / delticom / tyres.net all the same. Based in Germany, can't contact them and won't reply to emails.

I was looking for some decent tyres and I found this website. I ordered 2 tyres and when I received I noticed it was with dot 2 years old. I asked about this and they replied to me that they will arrange a collection and are happy to send me other tyres more "fresh".
When I received the second pair I noticed that the dot is exactly the same, 2 years old. I asked this time for a refund and they arrange again for collection for 27th November but the dpd driver didn't show up. They arrange a collection time again and week after at 4th December and finally the tyres was collected. Since then I'm waiting for the refund, it's 16th December and still nothing.
I don't recommend to anyone this tyre website .

Absolutely rubbish business ordered 4 tyres only 3 turn up after waiting a month they say a refund has been given not received anything 3 tyres are no good to me I need 4 I tried contacting them on instant chat which is automated they answer to begin with and then say office is closed our hours are till 18.00 which I was speaking to them at 10.45 stay well clear of this company absolutely joke take money and don’t deliver the right goods

After 3days I contacted this shower they tell me there is a 3 day delay as they are so busy. 8 days after ordering the tyre I get a message telling me it will be delivered in 2 weeks time. Waited over 25 minutes to get a service agent to cancel the order. This company used to be OK now its completely atrocious.

3 weeks later, no tyres, no updates and the tracking is saying DPD have received a goods label for the tyres but the supplier has not dropped off my tyres. This status has been showing for 2 weeks. There are no numbers you can call and the delivery estimation on Tyre Guru's website are plucked from the air! Major disappointment and complete waste of time. Be advised that Tyre Guru are just a middle man, they have no incentive to solve any issues at all and cancelation is your best bet so after 3 weeks I have cancelled my order. It is anyones guess if I will get my refund automatically or whether I will have to fight for it. USE YOUR CREDIT CARD NOT YOUR DEBIT CARD easier to get refunds.

Delivery took too long. Won’t be ordering again

First time used and concerned about the bad reviews. My personal experience cheapest by a long way and only had a few days extra to wait, so all in all a good experience and will use again.
