Price-quality can't be beaten with Tynee. I recently got the mini 3 and have used the mini 3 SL for the last year with 800 miles on it. I'm seriously surprised how much of an upgrade this was.
Cannot recommend this brand enough

The shipping process was very smooth, though it said 2-6 business days and I ordered toward the end of the week, the board still came within 3-4 days, much faster than I had anticipated. For the price, the board is very good so far, with a intuitive control, smooth acceleration, convenient design and affordable price. I am very satisfied with it, even as a heavier rider (250+ lbs).

Update after months of suffering: I first tvought very highly of tynee and even wanted to buy boards for my friends. But after not even a week it broke down for the first time anf the problems kept coming. Its been months of back and fourth and im to the point i will prop have to make a official complaint to eu consumer rights. I even asked if they had to follow the consumer rights since by their answers they seemed to act as if they didnt. But i learned they legally have to. They didnt respond to me asking if i could refund before recieving. Their ToS directly tells you, that you cant, but as a person in the EU you actually have the right to, but they reslly try to not let you know that and either lie, ignore or leave out your rights when directly asked.

I read so many positive things about them so i really disnt think there were any risks but after being through months of pain with this board and my warrenty i start hearing more about how this isnt a uncommon problem and that negative feedback and reviews often get pushed down since they insentivixe you so much to leave positive reviews by giving you 5-10 ish dolæar coupons and a ton of reminder email constantly.

Btw you will always have to pay for shipping. Even when getting replacement parts with your warrenty abd even if you are sending back a defective product and for me it costs like 20bucks.

Maybe try a diffrent brand. The boards feel nice but if you ever need to use your warrenty you cant trust you can use it.
Its late so i hope my review is atleast readable. Its just because i saw somebody ask if they should buy a tynee board and got reminded this was still a 5 star review

This E-board brand (TYNEE) has been a great experience overall! Customer service is always helpful and polite. You can also contact them through many different platforms such as WhatsApp, Messages and email. Also, you will receive a reply back at a reasonable time depending on your time zone. As for shipping, the delivery estimate will depend on your location but you get tracking details and can always contacts the team if there are any questions. First I must admit I'm new to riding electric skateboards I started with electric scooters and then EUC electric unicycles. So electric skateboards always interest me so I went online and checked reviews and specs on the Tynee explorer pro and man when I tell you that this was probably one of the best purchases I made. This board checks all the boxes for me it's powerful, comfortable and a joy to ride. Most electric skateboards with these specs will cost you almost 2 grand and the price of this board being under $1200 is amazing. If you are new to eskate or just wanting a great board Tynee explorer is the way to go

The board works like a charm. The customer servivce was outstanding. Send them a message on WhatsApp and replied almost straight away.

Got a board through Tynee and the Service has been great! They shipped mine from Germany so it got to the UK quick.

The product is great and I would recommend it but unfortunately I did have a little issue when the board arrived the remote did not work, I contacted support and they sent me another one free of charge, but it was quite a wait as it needed to be shipped from China.

Secondly when I purchased the board not all of the website was updated and the webpage showed that I would not pay import tax into the UK, I unfortunately did have to pay import tax which wasn’t that bad as the board is classed as an electric scooter but it could have but I would have appreciated an estimate on the site, or an updated webpage.

Great product and good service but they lost a star cause there’s no remote replacements in Germany and the import tax was not properly displayed.

I’m absolutely in love with my longboard! I’ve basically forgotten I even have a car — I only get my car to motorways now. The board rides perfectly and works flawlessly, and the brakes perform great too. The customer service is fantastic: after just three days of riding, one of my wheels broke, and even though it wasn’t covered by the warranty, the team sent me a new one completely free of charge! I’ll definitely be spending more money with them because I’ve just found my new favorite hobby :) Highly recommend to everyone!
