I had the best experience with Tusker customer service team!
I needed an edit to my contract adding a new driver and the team pulled out all the stops and got this sorted well within the timeframe! Just in time for the weekend where I needed the additional driver to help driving!
They completed my request within 4 days! Super quick for a request that had to go through the insurance company and work!

Incorrect Lead Time
The lead time shown on the website was not even remotely close to the lead time communicated to me, once the order was placed with the vendor.
I was told 11 weeks of lead time before entering into an agreement but it was updated to 21 weeks once I placed the roader.
I understand there is a caveat to say "lead time" can change in reality but surely this big a difference should be communicated before hand.

I wanted to take a moment to share the fantastic experience I had today when I contacted Tusker to make a change to my current order. From start to finish, the customer service was nothing short of outstanding. My adviser, Chris Ayris, was incredibly friendly and handled my query with absolute skill. Not only did they resolve my request seamlessly, but they also took the time to answer all the other questions I had, making the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.
I genuinely couldn't recommend Tusker enough based on today’s experience. It’s always a pleasure to interact with a team that goes above and beyond, and Chris certainly did just that.
