The service was very good, was made simple with the help of the octopus staff.

Bryony at Octopus was a pleasure to deal with. I was cautious about changing to an EV and had loads of questions, but Bryony was knowledgeable, super helpful and answered everything in an easily understood way. I'm looking forward to getting behind the wheel of my EV.

This would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the handling of initial problem by Octopus’ recovery agent RAC.

Car broke down, 100 miles from home. It’s a 4wd, electric, heavy car that can’t be towed. It was the same problem that happened we 2 weeks ago where the car had to be recovered.

RAC weren’t particularly helpful or empathetic that I needed to get home for my 3 kids.

Octopus stepped in, mediated, arranged, supported and communicated well. It was a rubbish situation but octopus excelled themselves and made the best from a bad situation.

From ordering to delivery the Octopus team have been spot on. Customer service excellence. A special shout out to Chenele who has been mega helpful today. Nothing is too much trouble and it appears the team are working all hours! Thanks guys.

From start to finish, everything was nice and easily. Really happy with the car, and can't wait to save now fully electric!

Everyone I talked to genuinely was trying to help me and advise - there were many questions, but in the end, it was down to the car that I would enjoy. I have the car for a week now, and really like it! Now I'm only waiting for the charger. I decided to take a Used car, so it arrived before the charger could be installed, but even though, I was offered Electroverse credit to help with public charging before I can have a charger at home and benefit from the cheap charging. Thank you Jess for all your help!

Jakob was brilliant, so patient and went into great detail to help me feel like my decision was based on knowing all the facts. I felt that Jakob took time to reiterate points I questioned in paperwork and when he was unsure he double checked and sent me it in writing with copies of contracts and really in depth explaining all possibility’s . Asset to your team I hope you are valued as you really are what Octopus need more of
