Polite staff and responsive. The order process was a little bit of a black box and I felt I needed to call several times for updates as to timelines and next steps (including what sat with me vs what sat with tusker vs what sat with the car manufacturer.

Acquired a Tesla through Tusker …
I recently acquired a Tesla through them and, overall, the support has been very good. The customer service team have been great to deal with, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and I've really valued the sessions with manufacturers, which made the process and options much clearer.
That said, there are definite opportunities to improve the speed and consistency of updates in the portal and ordering guidance. For example, I was initially told there was no way to use Tesla referral codes and that everything had to be ordered directly via Tusker, but later I received an email asking whether I already had a Tesla order number to pass over. Better alignment on what's possible would make the experience even smoother. Overall, a great service with a few clear areas to strengthen customer support.

The Bott is a nightmare, but Bushra was awesome
Once I got to speak to a person it was amazing Bushra was so helpful and did all that I needed without any fuss.
One star lost as it took me days to try and get through with the automated bot, that I ended up using a line that I knew would be answered - The cancellations line. Unfortunately they can't get me into the app which is the main thing I needed, as this is controlled by Vivup, and their automated bott is worse, however thankfully due to the amazing patience of Bushra I now have the numbers needed to get an actual person......
