Tusker is a completely unprofessional…
Tusker is a completely unprofessional and scandalous company. Our salary sacrafice car has free servicing for 3 years from Volvo but we are being charged every month for independant servicing which we do not need. Ive tried for 22 months and Tusker are just in denial even after giving multiple evidence from Volvo of the truth. Tusker check with "their order departments ad their service managers" but never ever speak to volvo or look at evidence. Last week we serviced the car at Volvo under its service plan and Tusker still refuse to look at the evidence. Unbelievable and strangers to the truth. I have zero trust or confidence in anything they do.

Lack of communication marred my experience
I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with the order and delivery process.
I chased the order and delivery team on several occasions to obtain updates and was given differing information each time. I was eventually advised that there would be a five‑month delay to delivery; however, this information was only provided because I followed it up myself, as no one proactively contacted me to advise of the delay.
I was then offered a stop‑gap vehicle, but this was arranged via a third‑party rental provider. Unfortunately, this was not a suitable option for me, as I would not have been able to receive the benefit‑in‑kind through my income.
Following this, I was advised by the Customer Engagement team to cancel the existing order and place a new order for a vehicle already in stock, which would be available within approximately six weeks. This was a much more helpful solution.
I would like to highlight the support provided by the Customer Engagement team, particularly Liam, who was proactive and clear in helping to resolve the issue.
While I appreciate the eventual support received, the overall experience was impacted by a lack of communication, inconsistent information, and the need to repeatedly chase for updates.
