When a Tusker car goes in for repair
I purchased a Renault Megane EV through tusker. The initial ordering was no issue. However I was involved in an incident through no fault of my own it took over 6 months for the dealership to order an alloy wheel and shock absorber. Understandably this is a Renault issue however my courtesy car given was not an EV and considerably cheaper than the Renualt. When I asked for an equilivant vehicle it was ignored. When I asked Tusker if I could exit the contract as I was paying over 6 months for a car I didnt have use of I was ignored. Updates for the status of repair were poor and a completion date was set a year after the car went in to the garage for repair. Very poor customer service, avoid at all costs.

Unable to order online
Unable to order online, attempted to place order for 3-4 times but failed. Delayed for two months until I could place the order with numerous chasing customer service.

Fantastic and frequent communication
Fantastic and frequent communication. The volume of documentation is good - not too much but not too little either, it is presented well and in an easy to read manner - the answer to all my questions was contained within.
Updates have been really good so far too, i got the car i wanted at a really good price, #thankyoutusker
