One of the hazel hurdles was old and brittle and the side was coming apart.

This company without doubt is the worst performing company for support and customer service I ever had my misfortune to deal with. Experts at disingenuous excuses and down right amateurish commerce. From website fake pictures showing stock when no stock is available and acknowledgements and invoices showing make believe product. Buy elsewhere NOT Woven Wood or any other company with connections like Tulipy. (Its taken 8months to respond to above review, what a company?)

Where is my order said dispatched,and tried to deliver .that is rubbish as I waited in all day this planter cost me over £100 .please chase up not happy

Bought a fence from range, 2 weeks after no news, contact them and apparently they sold it but no stock. Found another provider online, woven wood, again was in stock after a week, nothing contacted them it would be in stock in a week, 2 weeks after nothing, contact again and now it would be in stock in another 2 weeks! What bot this purchases and in common? They were fulfilled by tulipy ltd... Useless company!!!

P.s.- don't understand if there is a delay that you are aware of stop showing it as a available on your website, simple!!!

I had a good experience with this company from start to finish. I reached out to their live chat support with some inquiries about hazel hurdles, and they were quick to respond, really helpful. With their assistance, I was able to place my order hassle free.

The hurdles arrived promptly within 3 days and I was impressed with the quality. They're exactly as described, though I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy they are, they're quite heavy!

Overall, I had a great experience with the company and their Zinc planter. The product is surprisingly high quality and good value. From my experience speaking to their customer service team with a few queries, I found them to be professional and polite. Worth noting I ordered standard delivery, and arrived sooner than expected - so was much appreciated.

The company also appears to be associated with WovenWood, which is a good sign as I have purchased with them too. Would order from both companies again and recommend to others; great range of quality products at great prices.

Antonia in customer support was very helpful. The planter was very high quality and looks great in my garden. I will be buying again.

Exactly what we wanted. Only one comment. It’s a shame the inner liner wasn’t deeper. We want it for two clematis against a wall so had to leave the liner out. Maybe a choice of liners?

Very authentic beautiful natural fences. Good tracking facilities and accurate.

Overall a very good product, robust, attractive, a good size, excellent customer services, and instantly delivered! But it has a problem that a lot of modern mass-produced metalwork has: Sharp edges and vertices. I mean does it hurt to run a file over a burr? Happy with it, but handle with care, for your own sake!

UPDATE: they got back to me, see the reply below. They also sent me corner protectors for my existing planter. I love a company that listens to feedback, up to 5 stars!

The delivery of fence panels and posts (WovenWood) was delayed and let down by the delivery company (broken in transit). After speaking to the customer service team they arranged for a delivery with 48hrs as a replacement - prompt response to an issue beyond their control is a good example of professional customer service. The CHAT feature is also good.

Called them to check if they were in stock even though it stated in stock on web site, they confirmed they were in stock and available for immediate collection or delivery.
Ordered online, received no email, a week later called again after several attempts (auto answer then cuts you off) to see where my order was, told eventually when I did get to speak to someone, they actually didn't have any stock and were waiting for a delivery possibly in a week or two. Another company selling goods they don't have in stock when they say they do.
Very poor service, there are better and cheaper options for wicker

For the price, these are excellent metal planters, with a clean, modern look.
