Not a good experience. Ordered a half barrel wildlife pond in a pot kit. Their courier lost the barrel so they sent another, it was dumped on my drive with no notification or contact from the courier. The barrel liner was missing. so they sent another. When it arrived it the wrong size. They sent the right size eventually.
This process from ordering to the final liner arriving took over a month,
They only offered 10% refund for all the delays, phone calls and e-mail back and fourth and inconvenience of not being able to complete that project.

Ordered 5 planters, received 4 planters and of the 4 received 1 was damaged.

So basically I have 3 planters I can actually use, I have emailed the company numerous times and opened a case with payment provider but the company haven't responded nor have they responded to payment provider.

If o could give lower I would. Shockingly poor service with repeated promises of delivery that never materialises via the equally shambolic DX Delivery. Avoid this company as 5 weeks and still waiting for the planter paid for at end of March!

Ordered two 200cm Black Pine Raised Planters, both arrived with opened boxes. There was no instructions or screws, the wood is poorly painted and had no drainage holes in the base. The live chat is AI and then customer email is also AI pretending to be a lady called Hazel and some invisible manager is going to help me. I’ve had to spend £15 on hardware to build these so I haven’t wasted £320 on some cheap bits of wood. The quality is 3/10 for the price, you also need to drill pilot holes in the long sides.

Ordered planter in error black should have been gray to match all other planters received from them Ordered replacement which is great like all other planters .however returned black planters had to pay £11 to return overnight dpd followed instructions amozan confirmed return just keep getting messages for more information re sending return no refund revived if you want to return don't bother unless you can devote a day to answering messages great product poor return policy don't bother until they change

Ordered and paid for a product;Willow Fencing from The Range. Thought the price was too good to be true and how correct I was! Tulips cancelled the order, then the range cancelled the order. I tried to contact both companies, neither making it easy. What absolutely disgusting customer service. One star is too generous

Goods look good quality. Delivery was on time. Not been able to install goods yet but it looks OK.

The corten steel planters look fabulous in my garden - exactly what I imagined. Delivery was prompt and the planters were easy to assemble.

Our barrel planter was of high quality and delivered within two days of order.

Well made and easy to put together. Need to get another one but the small one is ideal for my daughters to load.

Ordered 2 Corten steel planters as i was so impressed with the 1st.

Item arrived not packaged at all and despite it being a large item I would have thought it would have been wrapped to protect from shipping, therefore it sustained scratches and knocks upon arrival …disappointing

Second order placed and both times product delivered as expected and well packed. I would definitely use this company again and wot recommended them to friends and family.

Overall, I'm happy with the product. I saw it in use at RHS Wisley and decided I wanted to use it create patheways and raised borders in my own cottage garden. The finished look is great and aesthetically I'd recommend this product. The ordering process was easy and delivery was made within a week of ordering. Putting it together for long stretches and molding it to create curves was OK, a little fiddly but manageable. There were a couple of pieces where the holes and tabs didn't line up, so they couldn't been joined together, which was disappointing for a 'premium' product, as it left me with a couple of single pieces I can't really use.

I am happy with my choice to purchase the corten steel lawn edging from Woven Wood. The steel is durable and giving our garden a sleek look. I bought 10cm high parts that join together. Installation was surprisingly easy and I love our defined borders of our flower beds. It is a lasting investment that combines functionality with style!

I had ordered the wrong product. It was returned for full credit. The correct product was ordered and was delivered very quickly. A great service backed up by personable staff with well made products. I unreservedly recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for garden planters, etc.
