I was looking for some new pots or planters and came across Woven Wood.

Decided on corten steel planters.

Delivery was by DPD and was fast and efficient. I was kept well informed by Woven Wood.

The planters, once assembled which was a bit awkward, look very good.

I would order from the company again without any hesitation.

The planters are stunning and were delivered really quickly. Communication through the purchase process was excellent. We bought two, and the only reason I haven't given a 5 is that the assembly instructions took a little figuring out.

I was repeatedly lied to by customer service, I was advise on several occasions my planter had been dispatched, but they were unable to provide any tracking details.
The product page advised delivery would be in 2-4 working days, however by the 6th working day after ordering I was advised it would be delivered that day, only for no delivery to arrive. When asked directly when it would arrive they finally provided a tracking number, and was advised it had just been dispatched. When I followed up with the courier I was informed the product had not been dispatched to them. Once again lied to by customer service.
Avoid buying from Wooden Woven, incapable of meeting their own standards.

EDIT - Tulipy have advised me they have now processed my full refund.

I needed to return a Zephyr Sail shade as it was the wrong shape for my space (my error). I followed their return instructions to the letter, using Parcel2Go and selecting Royal Mail as the carrier. I opted for next day sign for on delivery, and received confirmation from Parcel2Go that Royal Mail had delivered to the correct address and the parcel was signed for. I gave Tulipy 3 weeks to process the refund before chasing them, only to be told they had not received the parcel. I sent screen shots of delivery confirmation from both Parcel2Go and Royal Mail, but now they are asking me to send details of who signed for the parcel. Parcel2Go have told me I need to contact Royal Mail direct for this info. This is very disappointing and not the best online experience!

Horrendous. Purchased and paid for two large, expensive planters for the front of my business. Only one arrived

I had to chase up, only to be told they don't have another in stock but to wait a month and they will have new stock!

Waited a month - to be told they still don't have stock but will send me an entirely different planter or refund one of them.

Essentially stolen money for an item they didn't have in stock. Reported via Ebay and my bank. Do not purchase.

Bought 1 planter with a view to buying four or five more, item arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. I have had very poor response from images and information sent over about the damage and the issue continues to be unresolved.

Great product, delivered on time.

Not easy to buy a section of Hazel Hurdle in garden centres so had to resort to buying online. Checked out quite a few and the 'Woven Wood' products looked good quality and were exactly what I was after. Competitively priced although a bit pricey for delivery, however it was the same as other companies. Considering I only wanted one panel that did make it was a fair amount for such a large item. Delivery was quick and I received notifications when to expect it. Delivery driver carried it into my garden with a smile, all in all one very satisfied customer.

Good product arrived on time. A very efficient company.
