Rip Off
Went on a 'small' group trip to the Achillion palace, along with a visit to a distillery, an oil museum and Paleokastritsa. It was a really bad experience. The small group turned out to be a larger group. Which meant a large coach, which meant we were stuck on the small winding roads around the coast, sometimes with the engine off for half an hour while we waited for cars to back up and move. It was a shambles. The Achillion Palace is a con. You can't go in. It's been shut for years. You walk around the gardens outside. Cost 5Euros each. The rest of the 'sites' are free. The distillery, you watch a 10 minute video made in 2001 and then you're pushed into the shop to buy stuff. Of course you can have a thimble of liquer, by way of satisfying the 'free samples' claim. Back on the coach. Paleokastritsa makes Southend look like the Riviera. And I live in Southend. It's tacky. souvenir tat shops and bars located between 2 mountains. You're whisked into a bang average restaurant where your offered an exclusive Tui menu. Rip off. That was our 'free time' then it was back on the coach to visit the free monastary up the hill. 30 minutes later, back on the coach to the free oil museum. Have a look at some old machines, into the shop for more thimbles, come and buy stuff. 30 minutes later, back on the coach. This trip lasted 9 hours. It cost 63 Euros each!! Tui's outlay was the fiver for the inaccessible palace. We were on the coach for 5 hours of this trip. To cap it all off, the guide was unintelligible for half the trip. People were moaning. Hot, bothered, and considerably out of pocket. I tried to cancel a trip I had booked later in the week, that cost us 198 Euros! and was told I couldn't have a refund. Absolute disgrace. A total waste of money. Don't do it. You'll thank me later.

Esta página sale como primera opción para comprar entradas al Parque Warner. Tuve un problema, llamé para intentar resolverlo, me dijeron que quedase a la espera y el siguiente correo fue para decir que archivaban mi petición sin ofrecerme ninguna solución y ninguna explicación. ¡¡¡No aconsejo utilizar esta Web!!! La respuesta que me dan diciendo que el Parque Warner no admitía el cambio, no es cierta. En Atención al Cliente de Warner, cuando llegué al Parque me hicieron el cambio de manera gratuita, por lo que estoy segura de que ustedes no hicieron ninguna gestión para intentar resolver el problema. Su respuesta me da una imagen aún peor de su servicio.
