The worst customer service! Shipping is ridiculous & never arrives on time as promised. Overly priced & majority of the time quality is no where near advertised. Think twice before ordering from TSC! Very beyond disappointed!
Please do not purchase any gold products, I purchased a ring and got my jeweller to appraise it and told me it wasn’t gold, now customer service says they can’t help me, and they refuse to let me speak to a manager, they should be taking off the television ripping people off and then ignoring emails we don’t need this happening
Package was to be delivered by Fedex yesterday- stayed home all day because they said it needed a signature- no show - no follow up - no update. Have already been waiting many days for initial delivery date. Very poor service - every time I order from them - I don’t understand why it always takes so long for delivery from TSC.
I placed an order in December that I didn't know was coming from the US and duty needed to be paid. I paid the duty in advance of delivery and emailed TSC that they should let customers know when a product is coming from the US. They told me the vendor was responsible for paying it. So I have been trying to get a refund and while doing so the vendor charged an additional duty fee to my account so I have now paid it twice. Five weeks later, I'm out $73.00 and still waiting for them to resolve it. Having been a TSC customer for over 20 years, their lack of customer service and prompt response on this one will have me not ordering again. Ever.
The Shopping Channel is selling products made in the USA or imported from the USA! For this reason I will no longer order from them. Plus their customer service is very poor. Shame on you TSC for selling products from the USA!!

I purchased an item which dropped in price significantly.
I called to get the price adjusted, not only they didn't do it, they removed the item completely from the website to destroy the evidence!!!!!
They started bragging about being a Canadian company, but their customer service is not even in Canada!!!!

Bought a Stadler diffuser $129., followed instructions exactly, it stopped working after 2 days. Terrible product. Never buy from there again. Have purchased many good items, this one a total dud, am so disappointed 😞
I have shopped here for years and up until was satisfied with the items I ordered. They charged me interest on my account even though I paid the amounts but the statements were delayed because of the POSTAL STRIKE so now I have been charged interest. I have contacted the customer service but they informed I have to contact their credit card department. The things they are carrying now are not what they use to be. Will no longer buy from TSC. If my account is not cleared up will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a jewelry item recently for several hundred. Within three weeks, this bracelet had disappeared off my arm. When I went back to TSC to look at some of the reviews ( should have done this in advance) I learned that a number of shoppers experienced the same thing with this particular item.
Despite the reviews TSC published on its own website, the company continued to sell this item which clearly had a faulty clasp.
When I wrote to customer service about it, they said they were sorry I ‘lost’ my bracelet. Seriously? So, I wrote to Stefano Oro, the manufacturer, to complain. They didn’t even respond.
If this review stops even one person for making what was obviously my mistake (buyer beware etc) than I will be happy.
Don't stand behind products. Short shipped me and did not refund or send missing items. Total crooks
I have several purchases, some received with no problems. Others, clearly sent via Canada Post after the strike started but I have received them
I am unable to access my account and am told a payment for $3.30 did not go through on Dec 15. They request a new payment method method. I say it's not necessary. The payment method is fine. $3.30 was withdrawn on Dec 16 and seven payments, from the same method of payment, since then. Clearly, it is not a payment method issue
I spoke with customer service who repeatedly ask for a new payment method. I repeat myself many times stating that all of the payments have been taken and the method isn't the problem. We go in circles and I just keep being told the same thing and asked the same questions. They've withdrawn at least $100.
If there is indeed a problem with payment, which is not the case, I am confused as to how completely blocking accounts is justified
If people haven't paid, of course ordering priviledges should be revoked but we are entitled to view accounts of balances, payments etc
I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company
I returned an item that they received on December 9 2024. Can't get any satisfaction on my refund. I have it on easy payments and they are still taking them. I will never buy anything from them again. I am so frustrated.
Hello everyone, I am here to tell you about my experience with TSC support. It's been 3 months and more since I paid the subscription. The big problem is that the program doesn't work well and I can say it doesn't work and the support doesn't regret it or doesn't want to intervene. I've been paying for certain channels for 3 months to have signals, I can say 60 to 80 USD per month and the support doesn't want to intervene. I liked to share with you my experience or my loss because of these people on all the support. Thank you.
Ordered items on November 5, 2024 and still don’t have them. Contacted customer service few times via email, phone and no help at all. What a mess! Used to be their loyal customer for years and never seen anything like that. I think this was my last order from them, if I ever receive it. I do not recommend anyone to shop there, save yourself time and money.
FedEx lost one of my parcels. TSC would not give me either a replacement or a refund since FedEx used a picture of some parcel dropped on some floor as so called proof of delivery. Fortunately the real parcel made it's way back to TSC and it was processed as a return so I got my refund that way. Otherwise I would have been out $101.Still I spent hours both with FedEx and TSC customer service trying to resolve the issue.
At the moment it is now day 5 of FedEx saying another package would be delivered today but I'm still waiting.
On another order some time ago I received a beauty product which I received spoiled which I returned. I never heard from TSC about it.I did not pursue it because it was not expensive but still.
I might order something occasionally if it is a really good deal but I will make my casual purchases at Amazon from now on.
Worst customer service ever and worst shopping experience will never buy from shopping channel again
After emailing TSC asking why my package wasn’t shipped yet after waiting three weeks they shipped it within the next two days. I was happy to receive the package two days earlier on Christmas Eve. I inspected the coins and some of them are not uncirculated according to what he said especially the silver dollars. There are scratches and some dings on the edge of the coins and they might have been cleaned. On the 67 silver dime it has a scratch, one of the tombac nickels shows wear and a fingerprint. The value of the coins depreciate in value when they show wear and if they have been cleaned. The 10 cases that holds the coins are great, nicely made, and stack easily on top of each other. And they all come with a label framed on the front. There is also a pamphlet with all the coins listed and giving detail as to why they were minted. Although a bit disappointed I have decided to keep the collection.
Ordered items for Christmas on November 22nd. Nothing. Customer service terrible. No solution. Apparently I just need to wait. No refund available. Never ever ever will I order from them again.

I ordered a ps5 vr2 bundle and I was made to give 4 different credit cards then they kept telling me for 2 weeks my items would be held for me and they kept refunded the money I kept paying then all of a sudden I get this bogus email saying all of a sudden they are out of stock when I was told for 2 weeks my item was on hold and I’m being told that if my item isn’t in stock in 45 days my order will be canceled and I loose my deal that’s not how this will work I’ve contacted the better business beuro about these scammers and I’ve hired a lawyer because this is ridiculous and what there doing so many ppl get screwed over because of what there doing to thousands of individuals including myself DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEMS AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY…
