Had my doubts based on other reviews but they had a le creuset item I wanted that was sold out on the official website. It was also cheaper then the official website. It shipped fast and I would buy other brand name products from this site again.
Because I was a first time shopper purchasing an item exceeding $200 in value, my order was delayed 3 days past the original estimated shipping date in order to allow TSC to conduct a verification of my credentials. Once shipped, no notification of a pending delivery was sent to me. I was lucky to be at home to hear the courier ring my doorbell so I could sign. Since my item (an audio electronics component) was listed as the "last one available", I was worried about an out of stock inventory error, an open box, or a refurbished unit, which turned out not to be the case. During the delay between when I placed my order and when I received it, I relied on telephone and on-line chat sessions with an agent a number of times. My wait times were reasonable and I always got a courteous and believable answer to each of my numerous questions. It took me several hours to program the audio device and get it up and running to my full satisfaction. All in all, a successful ending for my first ever order.
I received my item and it was defective. The paperwork that came with the item said to return it directly to the manufacturer. We live close by, so my husband delivered it to the manufacturer. TSC was informed and they processed our return but charged return shipping!
Now, we can’t get them to refund the ship charge.
I ordered an air purifier, and when I checked my account "orders" on Monday July 7th, it was "in the warehouse". I checked again, Tuesday July 8th at 0100 PST, it was still "in the warehouse". Imagine my surprise when UPS left a "door tag" on the building front entrance, that they had attempted a delivery at 1:08 PM PST, 12 hours and 8 minutes afterwards. Somehow my package went from Mississauga, Ontario to New Westminster, BC in under 12 hours. TSC did not send me a "package has shipped" email notice either. Now I will have to go pick it up from their "drop off/pickup" site, 6 blocks away and then take a cab back home...I don't own a car....which will cost me more than what the TSC shipping cost is. I need the air purifier because the grass pollen count is "very high" and it has triggered my asthma and according to the weather channel, I should "stay indoors and avoid the pollen".
I ordered a dress from them. It cost $45.71 when I received it there was an added piece of material at the neck approximately 6 inches long and an inch and a half wide this is poor craftsmanship they will not return my item nor give me a refund. I ordered the dress on May 17. My invoice was not created until May 30 and that’s when it showed was a final sale. No return or exchange on this item didn’t say that when I was buying it.
They will hold your money for a month and then return it after they have reinvested it, this is a fraud company.
Bought an IPad bundle which included a case and keyboard. The keyboard would not charge. Therefore it could not be used.
TSC told me to contact the keyboard company but their phone line did not work. They then told me to contact Apple...who said they have nothing to do with the "bundle" and I should deal with the retailer.
TSC then said they would push it to management
Eventually they said they will give me $30 credit on my account to use at TSC within 90 days.
All this took over 6 weeks.
I donot want any credit with them as I will never deal with them again.
Very poor service and poor customer service.
Worse experience ever! Ordered a Dyson. Fedx claimed to have received a “empty box” and I was told to contact TSC for explanation/refund. The number on the site is not valid. Tried emailing and zero acknowledgement! Finally found a number called and was told I would get a call back. Nothing. Called again and was told a refund will be issued within 10 business days. No explanation. I said I do not want a refund I want the vacuum. They don’t do that once something is “lost” refund only. Now the price was more. This was terrible customer service.
Older lady that answered the phone was very rude
Still haven’t gotten my product and still has not been shipped was suppose to ship out on the 26th and from what I have been informed even tho they took my money I’m not promised to get it still the review process is completed I’m actually annoyed because I bought accessories for it already
I love the products which I had ordered from tsc. Products are really good and long lasting
It posted my order will be shipped May 13 but until now my order not arrived. Customer service cannot contact and stupid AI. No progress still to be shipped on their app.
I got a gift card to use. I did a purchase and it got delivered in 2 days.
Can you give less than one star? Do not shop here. Horrible customer service. Placed an order was supposed to ship in 3 days, it didn’t so I called, they said my credit card was maxed (it wasn’t, I had 10,000 left in my limit), then they said that wasnt actually the case but it was actually sent to their fraud department because it was a large purchase (a shed for $2700), once the transaction was approved, the item was out of stock. They told us the vendor had to restock it. I contacted the vendor who said it was in stock and TSC needed to order more. I called TSC and they said they ordered more. I called again to get an eta of when they would have the order in from the vendor and was told there was no record of it being ordered. TSC doesn’t know what they are doing. Still haven’t gotten my shed. Oh and now they are out of stock at Costco and this is going to cost me 1200 more than I was going to spend. Thanks TSC.
I have an account and have purchased many products . Products I have no issues with . I have my payments come out of CC. My cards was compromised so I called to change the expired date . Nothing was done on there end and took my information incorrectly. Called back only to have a lady tell me that I gave the wrong information. Then she hung up on me when I tried to explain the third time . Account will be closed once my last product is paided off.
TSC charges shipping then when you return an item that isn't the quality they advertised, then you have to pay for the return shipping which is often higher than the initail shipping. I had to pay the $ 9.99 to get it then paid $13.98 to return it. I paid $23.97 total for shipping for a terrible quality product! I should not be penalized for getting a bad product!
I bought a jar of M. Adam Magic Care I just opened it up 2 days ago and approximately 1/4 of the jar is a big air bubble. The Aqua Intense seems to be fine. I have bought 3 other products from same company but have not opened them yet. I am disappointed in this. I also bought boos from TSC and the boot linings were missing and was unable to speak to a real person about this so my experiences with TSC are very poor. It's easy to buy from TSC but rotten to speak to someone. I will not buy from them again.
If i could give it a zero i would. Worst company to deal with ever!! Run in the other direction! I have been dealing with mistakes and issues since middle of december!
I wouldn’t say the worst customer service, I would say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just lies and repetitive misinformation.
The products are fine.. I don't use credit credit I pay with debit
..because u use debit it's treated like a credit card and funds are authorized..item is paid right away..BUT when item is shipped its withdrawn again..so I have to wait another 5 days for refund for 2nd debit taken..this time I made 2 separate orders and again both were taken out..items weren't shipped..wait for it they refunded the amounts then item was marked shipped so tsc took out debit a THIRD TIME and now have to wait again for them to figure out when I will get REFUNDED AGAIN..agent WILL NOT LET YOU TALK TO A MGR. Because they are busy.. over christmas I buy presents and again they did the same again and my account was so messed up I had no clue what monies I had because they kept debiting the same payment over my other question is does anyone shop with debit and pay 2-3 over again..im ticked..also takes seconds to keep taking my monies but days for refund..for such a big company this should be fixed..because paying for something more than once should be considered unauthorized and be theft ..I sure can't afford to be charged 3 times everytime I order..
