Order 6 weeks old and still nothing! Stop back orders!!!
Another terrible experience! I ordered 3 items, one of which is a clothing set from Elle. When i placed order all items showed there were several left in my size, so i went ahead and put one jacket, and one matching pant into my cart. ONCE AGAIN, even though i paid, order was placed, the matching pant is on BACKORDER! So last time this happened 2 months ago, it was several months before i could get jacket and the Fall season was DONE! So here i bought something for the season which i cannot even wear until next season. SUCKS! What type of sorting and shipping do they do that MY orders are always on backorder? Do the start at ‘let’s ship everyone that starts with A to Z” so my initial is last of alphabet so by the time they get to my order all the STAFF has picked over the size XS and SM or the smallest size! Why is it staff who order do not order more XS or size 2,4…? Doesn’t take a scientist. Both issues here can be fixed IF TSC actually took their customers complaints seriously, but they don’t. They say they will fix things but they don’t. What kind of company can be in business for years yet cannot EVER fix ongoing issues? It’s not new…so it starts at the top, maybe they should hire new high level managers to make these changes to help with customer service. My invoice number F14175240000 and lets see how long it takes to get this back order. Ive been waiting since March 9, its April 14…still nothing.
