Made a mistake in ordering and tried to cancel right away, but the call center and the app said it was too late because its shipped. Literally 20 seconds after I ordered. No one will help. They said its going to cost me shipping it back. STAY AWAY.
"Customer service" person refused to help, requested call back from superior, never got one. No idea when product will actually ship, no updates, refuse to update. Gladly pay more from other retailers that give a $hit
Terrible customer service.
I received an order confirmation, the funds were put on hold and then nothing, package didn't ship, the estimated delivery date passed. I couldn't connect through chat, no response to email inquiry. If the item is no longer available, that is unfortunate, but I would expect some kind of communication to tell me that.
Paid for next day delivery. 9 days later. Corporate had me on hold 3 different days for over 45-70 minutes the disconnected the call after waiting on the first call for 39 minutes. Finally talked to someone who knew nothing but lied and said I’d be contacted the next day. They have my $785.00. They have no idea where my order is or when I’ll get it. VERY rude & unprofessional customer service. You lost a long time customer.
I find the quality has gone down. My order was lost in the warehouse, they did substitute for another product, but my auto delivery is also backorder and if not in within 45 days it will be canceled. I am still disappointed that they fired one of their best hosts. I saw the online abuse she took and that was just morally wrong. She went above and beyond to continue to promote their products on her personal time during covid as well, which was something TSC's customers looked forward to weekly.

I saw add on FB and decide to order 3 dresses, quality was not good and no return policy -no exception even I beg and beg to have these dresses return and get my refund. Zero customers service - I wore size 6 and i order large and the dress is so small for me and on ones cares about my feeling and my money -OMG this is the first time I am using this TSC. never again and I am hoping others read and dont fall for this. now I have dress value $95 plus tax which is large and dont fit me. when I wore size 6. they should have said buy larger size. these people have no heart no feeling , no customers services. Please I need help this is like robbing me my money when it is not my fault as I am 5ft 4ins and 140 pounds and buy a large dress and it is way too small for me and cannot get a return or exchange even when I spoke with Manager Prince.
Ordered from tsc canada shopping channel. My experience has been a nightmare. Never have received the item. Paid over 700.00 for it with shipping!!
They said a trace shows in was delivered in a different town.
Ive contacted them several times and they have done a trace twice trying to find it. They have a bogus team that does not follow up or refund even with proof that my package was delivered in a different town to a different address! The shipping company proved it with a trace. They still will not refund my money! That is fraud I believe. How are they still getting away with scamming customers like this??

I ordered boots were too small ordered my regular size were European sizes nothing on website to state that so I ordered a bigger size called to get a return label for first asking them it was an exchange charge 6.99 they dont waive 6.99 on exchange if you send back another 6.99 no other company does this not a good experience for customers not impressed
I ordered a Blue Jays jersey, tried it on once but it was too small so I ordered the larger size. I packaged up the first jersey and returned it. The refund was denied because they said it had obviously been worn which was completely untrue. I have to pay $15 to have it returned which I will do so that at least I can gift it to someone. Now I am concerned they will return any old jersey that they have kicking around instead of the unworn one I sent them which they will be able to resell.
Horrific ! Does not protect the consumer at all…..never ever again will I purchase any product from the shopping channel…. No one is accountable for a conversation without giving excuses and passing your issue to someone else Never ever again
Placed an order sept 6th for a PlayStation that said it would be here on the 10th, so I thought perfect it’ll come just in time for my child’s birthday. All was fine until I received an email saying to call them because there was an issue with authorization on my card mind you the money for the item (800$) had already been charged to my card. So I call and get told I’d hear from the fraud department within 48 hours. It is now the 12th and I still have yet to hear from them. And all this because it autofilled my name with the account name which is the short from of my name that’s what flagged my card. Long story short my child’s birthday passed and I wasn’t able to get them a gift because tax took my money then said wait we can’t use this card 😑
For anyone who purchased Ninja products. Are they legit? I stupidlyade a huge order on kitchen cookware without reading all the reviews. Are they actually the original Ninja Products? Or am I scammed?
I purchased a Keurig Mini on August 1st, and after only 21 days it completely stopped working. I even have video proof. I am well aware that many of these machines can be faulty, but in good faith, I returned the item in full, intact, to the Shopping Channel within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. To my disappointment, I was only issued a partial refund.
This is unacceptable and unfair. The product was defective, not a matter of buyer’s remorse, and under your own policy I should have received a full refund. To treat customers this way especially when the return was due to a faulty product is deeply disappointing and dishonest. I find this practice despicable, and I can assure you I will never shop with you again.
Biggest beef is not being told at time of purchase items are back ordered. Really poor customer service. Twice I’ve cancelled orders because I waited over a month. Next issue is, I have my business as the default shipping address so I am available for delivery. This worked fine for a few years. Now my last three orders went to my condo address where I’m not home during the day. I called TSC about this. They checked the default shipping address which is correct. Then told me to check the shipping address each order. DUH! That always comes up before you pay. I’m going to cancel my account after I receive my recent back ordered item.
Ordered item that was as per their website schedule to be shipped next day. Waited 2 days nothing, called them and their automated order look up said status unknown. Spoke to customer services and they informed me it will ship in 10 business days. Asked for a refund and was denied
overall, I like the product selection that you can't find in any other places but the shortcomings are also significant
- basic lack of customer service, there is no email or customer service email advertised, if you call, long wait times literally
- delivery service is awful. often use Purolator or Canada Post which are the worst of the worst delivery services in Canada, basically any other delivery service will stand out compare to these. very slow. no body should use Canada post or Purolator, there are many other services that are much faster and cheaper if not the same price. taking a week or weeks for a delivery these days is just unacceptable
- sometimes orders are backordered even for the products they are selling live on TV, don't understand the logic here, if you are selling it on TV live, why is it backordered for 2 or 3 weeks and sometimes more?
- I never had issues with refunds though, I get it that it might take longer, but for me didn't take long a few times that I returned and it was straightforward and free so I guess things can go wrong sometimes for some customers
- hosts are not always honest about products they sell online, often very over enthusiastic and don't point of some obvious shortcoming, so if you make a purchase, do your research a bit before place a purchase
We paid a fair bit of money for a red cardinal stained glass lamp. We were so disappointed in it and underwhelmed in the quality of it. To add insult to injury, the lamp function stopped working in a mater of a few weeks. Nothing we do fixes it. What pathetic quality.
Item was far below the price of other sellers, was shipped very quickly, and was exactly as described.
