I ordered a $5300 Evera ring January 14 2026, noticed it was covered in someones hand lotion, scratches all over the gold and lastly the Diamond not sitting STRAIGHT in the bezel, but at an angled slope. Reached out tot hem ASAP and they got back to me February 27th A MONTH LATER with a resolution to exchange my size 8 ring for their only size 7 which is all they had left. I agreed and mailed back the original ring and today March 14th I get my replacement from them and turns out it's the VERY SAME RING I had sent to them to exchange. Never again would I shop at TSC ! their incompetence sucks your energy dealing with THEIR problems and this issue is still not resolved !

I have been ordering from TSC for many years, and they provide excellent details from their channel to the purchases I have made in the past. From when I do make the purchase to the delivery - the process works fabulously. The payment options TSC provides is very flexible and easy to use.
The last purchase I had made was for the NSC mattress, and I have had the mattress for several weeks now, and it feels great.

I originally ordered an iPad bundle on Feb 22nd. Email to confirm the order with estimated ship date Feb 23rd, then nothing. I call to check on the order Feb 24th and am told, no problems it's in the warehouse, they even provided a Shipping Tracking #-being shipped by CP. Then Feb 26th-email- we're sorry- your order is on back order! HUH? The "no problem" order with the shipping # is on BACK ORDER??!
I call again- different CSR- they don't know what happened (ya, sure). I order a different color, she checks- in in stock. My order number remains the same and the email shows delivery date of Feb 27th. Here we are- March 3rd- no updated email, no tracking # NOTHING- a call to them yields a condescending CSR who provides me with "that shipping date is wrong" - oh really, I wouldn't have guessed that. I don't know how these folks stay in business! Had I read the reviews before I placed the order- I would've RUN in the opposite direction. The "deal" is no deal if this is what I have to contend with.

My husband who is disabled with a stroke made a purchase from the shopping channel of a ring by Evera Diamonds for a purchase price of over $5,200.00 as a Christmas present for myself as he could not get out to shop. The ring was a beautiful, 5 carat, lab created diamond. In the middle of February 2026, I looked at the ring and the stone was gone. I was frantic. I had done nothing to knock this stone out of the setting. I eventually found the stone in y kitchen garbage. What were the chances? I called the Shopping Channel, extremely distressed, bottom line…too bad, so sad…we can do nothing for you. I escalated this concern about the quality of this 5;200.00 ring….their supervisors did not care …in fact,…his name was “Prince”….would not tell me his last name or his phone number as a supervisor. They gave me a case number and said they would call back. They never did.I have sine gone to a jeweler for repair. The setting of this ring cannot support a stone of 5 carats. They tell me that if the y replace the stone back in the original setting, it will come out again and be lost. So bottom line I am paying for this ring to be reset for a cost of $2,000.00. As it was a gift from my husband who was doing his best to do something nice for me for all that I do for him, it is worth it to me.
Shame on you Shopping Channel for your poor customer service, your lack of empathy and caring. Your integrity speaks for itself. I have since gone to your website looking for a way to reach this Evera Diamond Company. There is no way to contact this company, no way to raise a concern. Bottom line…..no one cares. This company is advertising on the Shopping Channel promoting their very expensive jewelry, buyer beware….I thought this company valued their reputation and stood behind their brands and their products. Abviously not.

I called to cancel an order I placed a few hours before. Was told it can't be done and I need to pay $6.29 shipping to return it. Very disappointed. I do not recommend buying from TSC.

The Shopping Channel return policy is not clear. I received an item on January 10, 2026 and returned it today February 2, 2026. The policy is 30 days from receipt. The customer service rep was very unco-operative and did not listen to my concerns.She stated that if the items is not received by February 10, 2026 no refund will be issued. She claims that there are no exceptions to this policy. How is that my fault if Canada Post takes longer to deliver the package. The pillows I bought for $160 were the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever bought. The supplier should be ashamed of the poor quality for pillows that cost this much. The quality that TSC sells is below satisfactory. Someone should be reviewing the products they buy to ensure the quality is good. I will never order again from the Shopping Channel.

My experience was very easy and straightforward. I ordered a moisturizing cream and it arrived about 2 days later (much more quickly than I expected). The item was wrapped well and protected from travel. I'd definitely order from them again.

Writing this review because it seems like ppl are only taking time writing reviews when the product isn’t good. But I’ve bought a pair of AirPods 4 on a 12 mtns payment plan which is super cool. Everything checked out the serial number, quality paired effortlessly everything is 10/10 very happy with the purchase

placed an order and tsc offered and extra 15 percent of with a code. i entered code and it said the code was applied and I received the discount. after waiting over two weeks with purolator the item finally arrived. i looked at the invoice and it showed the extra15 percent off discount was NOT applied. i called customer service and they said there was a glitch on their end that day. they knew this glitch occurred but made NO attempt to rectify it and apply the discount to my order. i had to notify them and they stated the discount will be taken off the amount I paid. a couple days later I received an email stating I would NOT receive the refund toward my purchase but as a future store credit that would expire in 90 days!!!! first of all, they didn't fix their error knowing full well that people lost out on a promised discount. then I had to ask for the discount and then they lied about how discount would be refunded!!! i called back again and the agent said it would be applied to the order total and refunded that way, not as a future credit. i checked my account about a week later and still no credit has been applied!! terrible service! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TSC AGAIN EVEN IF THE STUFF IS FREE!! DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!! and never trust the discount codes...
I was told my order would arrive in 4 days and now I'm told up to ten days. I was also charged $ 58. something for standard shipping.

Just an awful company to deal with. I ordered a $449 coin on Dec 26, 2025. I got concerned early January when I did not receive any shipping info. Started checking reviews and realized I should not have ordered anything from them. I checked the status of my order and it was pending. I emailed both PayPal and TSC to cancel the order. I immediately received an email from TSC saying the order had shipped. A week later I received a coin that was not even close to what I ordered and it was less than half the cost of what my order was. I called customer, spent about 20 minutes on the call and then the call was dropped and they never called back. As of Jan 16 I have still not received the order and they still have not given me a refund. My suggestion is not to buy anything from TSC
So far my experience has been mixed. I ordered a MacBook Air as I have a friend who used this website to finance Apple products, and the Mac was on sale for retail price so I figured it’d be worth it. I ordered Saturday, Jan 3rd and was given an estimated delivery date of Monday, Jan 5th. Instead my order was placed on a verification hold, so it didn’t process until Thursday, Jan 8th. This is fine, it’s not the end of the world, but I find it weird that there’s no warning about a verification hold on large orders.
The problem is that now apparently my item won’t ship until Jan 19th according to customer service, but the product page is still advertising next day shipping. I find the customer service helpful, but the website is clunky, out of date, and if my item only ships Jan 19th then the shipping times are a bit ridiculous. I will update this review when I get my item.
STUNNING I bought the leopard comforter set, the quality is outstanding and it is so soft and cozy. My bedroom is transformed just by this comforter set. Thank You Guillaume
I was really sick had horrible infection so ordered b12 and magnesium plus pro biotic amazing products.saved my life not kidding.
I purchased Apple AirPods 3rd Gen from TSC on December 8th as a Christmas gift for my son. The order was received in a timely manner and everything was included. We tried to pair the AirPods on Christmas Day and they would not connect to any Apple device we owned. After multiple attempts and fixes suggested online, we decided it would be best to seek support from Apple directly. We visited the nearest Apple Store only to find out that the manufacturer warranty was expired on these ‘brand new’ AirPods because they were originally sold at a Walmart in Washington in November 2024…13 months before the were shipped to me by TSC. Definitely think twice before purchasing electronics from TSC since they seem to be selling defective returns with expired manufacturer warranty as brand new merchandise. We are now in the process of returning the defective AirPods for refund, though TSC customer support is lacking and the return process is sketchy having no online indicator that a return/refund is in process.
I purchased a ring and earrings from TSC as a wedding gift. At the time of purchase, the delivery date was suggested for January 2. Since December 29, there have been no tracking updates or notifications at all.
I contacted online chat for help, and the representative simply told me to wait until January 13 and then disconnected the chat. I then tried calling customer service and waited 30–40 minutes to speak to someone, only to be told I must wait until January 14 as they cannot investigate or rush before this date.
This is unacceptable, especially given the price and reputation of TSC. I now have no idea if the package will ever arrive and have been forced to buy a replacement gift because no one can provide answers or take responsibility.
To make matters worse, I think TSC also charges return fees, which feels unfair considering their poor delivery and customer service handling.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend shopping from TSC, especially if you need an item by a specific date or expect reliable customer service.
I am shocked to see all these negative reviews honestly! I have ordered BIG orders for the last few Xmas and have been more than happy with everything. I have only purchased big name electronic items (Dyson air straight, iPads, Meta VR, etc.) so I don’t know about the other items. I absolutely love their pay over time option as well. Zero complaints here and will definitely use them again!
Purchased an item on sale at the end of Nov. Says its on back order.
Checked website Christmas and the exact model/color available. Friday I managed to get a hold of someone. Took screenshots of availability. 20 mins later, while on call it switched to unavailable. Lady told me 'on my end it shows unavailable. You should double check you end.' Then told me it was back ordered with no date of restock, so I canceled my order. Checked back today (2 days later) and it shows available at regular price.
Pretty sure I was lied to so I wouldn't get it at sale price, because it was on for a very good deal.
