I placed an order on 8/27 and still have not received my order. On 9/9, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot describing about the delay. That same day, Sprinkle contacted me and asked me to take down my review in exchange for a discount and prioritized and expedited shipping. I agreed and although the discount has been applied, my order STILL has not shipped. I have contacted supported multiple times and they tell me a ticket has been created and my order will be bumped to the front of the line and expedited. Well, it’s been over a week and a half- and over three weeks since the order was originally placed- and I still have yet to receive even AN ESTIMATE of when my order will ship. I don’t know what the problem is, but if you want to receive the thing you ordered, I would not recommend Sprinkle. Hilariously, I got an email from Sprinkle today asking for me to review my purchase. Too bad I’ve never received it!! My order number is 154634 for the Sprinkle agents monitoring this page.

UPDATE: on 9/22, when I asked for an yet another update on when this item will ship, I was told that the product is out of stock. I have no idea if this is accurate or is just a new excuse that Sprinkle is putting forward. I placed my order almost 4 weeks ago, have been told for weeks that my order is being expedited and moved to the front of the line, and now the product is out of stock? At this point, it’s so absurd and I have serious doubts that I will ever receive anything. I doubt this company will be in business long if this is how they operate. If anyone is reading this and wondering if they should place an order with Sprinkle: I would say if you want to receive the product you bought, definitely do not buy from Sprinkle!

I purchased the Go extra dosed 500mg canister, and I absolutely love it. I love how the powder is colorless and odorless and can be mixed in anything. It's. A great alternative to smoking which can discolor your lips and leave an unpleasant odor. I can also enjoy my drink of choice and be social with friends who are drinking alcohol. I love it . I have no complaints.

The product was great. It dissolved easily, had no taste, and wasn't gritty which is huge for me. Delivery came fast and it was a great experience overall!

Received product in good time. Need to work on answering emails or better yet talk to a live person I can understand.

They make a great product and Customer care service is the best. If you have any issues they take good care of you and make things right. They are work hard to improve the company and there product. I'll be getting more productive from them for sure.

I have been very happy with Restore by Sprinkle. The tastes is great and it tastes great by itself, on the rocks or mixed with something like a lemon-lime sparkling water. It has definitely helped me get to sleep much faster than I have been able to do for years.

The company reached out again checking in my current order. My new shipment will be here I few days. I’m sure it’s going to be great!

I wanted an alternative for alcohol and found Spinkle. The first order was delayed by a few weeks even though I was charged. The customer service the first to e was excellent and received a discount on my next order. I originally subscribed to get it every 4 weeks. It’s been well over that since my shipment was filled. I reached out via email AGAIN to clarify my order status and what the REAL timing is supposed to be. They responded with an email that they expedited my shipment. I will be canceling the subscription and maybe revisit in a few months. I would HATE to be the fulfillment manager. FWIW.

Experience with the product has been great. Both the beverage, and the Chill powdered drink mix. Initial service was kinda lackluster, it took almost a week to get an acknowledgment that the order had been placed, and another week plus to actually receive the product, the drink that is. I ordered the powder after the drink order and actually received it 1st. Something about underestimating the response to your sale, and the impending legislation deadlines causing major back up. To the point where I almost felt like it might have been a scam. It was not, and your people handled an anxious customer as well as can be expected. All in all, not an auspicious start to a relationship. But it turned out well, and I thank you.
FYI? If you have a Ninja Slurpee machine, this stuff makes GREAT slurpees!! Hot weather? Who cares!!

Ordered a month ago, get weekly assurances to my inquires that it's being expedited for fast delivery. After a month of promises, the tracker says label created, waiting for package...so am I.

Today 9/26 I was emailed the package was on the way and a tracking number with UPS provided. Contacted UPS and they say the shipment was cancelled by the seller. This remains unresolved.
This seller can not be trusted and does not seem capable of honest answers. Buyers beware.

I ordered the product in late August. By mid September they still had only created a label for the package. No one to speak with, three days to get an automated response saying they are working on it. I am filing a claim with my credit card company.

I wasted $100 on individual packets of Chill and Go. They sent a free sample of Sleep. None of this did anything for me. The tiny bit of an elevated feeling was also not at all fast acting.

They also advertise fast shipping and their policies page states that orders ship in 72 hours. That was not my experience at all. They created a label after 72 hours and then it sat for two weeks before UPS actually had the package.

So one-star because I can’t leave a zero star review. I wish I hadn’t bothered with this and had just used the $100 I spent to stock up on edibles that I know for certain will work. Next time I’ll use a retailer that will actually ship to me according to their marketing and policies.

So, in response to my disappointed review, Sprinkle's, I guess, AI answer said they responded to me and corrected the situation. All false! This company is the worst! Not even a conformation of order email...nothing!

I use Sprinkle Restore to help with sleep, and it works. I'm very happy with the results.

I ordered mine Sept 1st and it says it shipped but the tracking just shows that a label was created. I sent an email but got no response. I am worried that I have been scammed.
Update. I still haven’t received my product. I checked the tracking and it has been cancelled by the seller. I would like a refund of the balance of my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is a SCAM!!! Don’t worry about not getting your order, it does absolutely nothing anyway. No refunds. No response, other than maybe an automated response. I’m not sure if they are still even in business. Stay Away.

Love sprinkle. It’s convenient and easy to use. I love the bulk package because it leaves me in control. I can put it on anything. Even sprinkling it on meals and salads. Great product. Goes in my coffee in the morning. Now part of the ritual. Thanks!

Another Update to share! Happy to report, product received and I have to say I love it! Upgrading review to 4 out of 5 stars because product is excellent! Plan to reorder when product is needed again. If no issues during order process 5⭐ guaranteed! Thank you Sprinkle for following through and making things right!

Update to review! I have upgraded my review from ⭐ to ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ because I am happy to say that Sprinkle got back to me today. They are working with me to straighten out issues with my order. Although their web site is still down, I have very high hopes that everything is going to work out in the long run.

I thought about trying Sprinkle for over a month before giving in. When I finally decided to order, I was excited after reading all the reviews. I went back to check on the status of my order, all the money was taken from my account, but their web site had vanished. I feel the complete fool, and am just disgusted with myself for falling victim to this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
They billed my credit card and still haven’t shipped my order. Customer service is awful - I have opened multiple tickets to get shipping information and still nothing. I have tried to get on the website to look at my order and I get a “no secure connection” message. They have not acted in good faith and I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want to throw your money away.

9/22/26 UPDATE: As you see below Sprinkle wanted to help so I provided them with all the information they needed including the order number. I have not heard one word from them - CRICKETS - and I still have not received any shipping information or the product itself. Again - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! It’s a scam!!!!
