I ordered 2 harnesses. One for a German wire hair pointer, the other for a Belgian Malinois. Neither had any effect on their pulling issues. Also one has a strap that won’t stay tight .
Sending them back would be expensive. I was offered a deal to keep them for 1/2 price. Not at all what I wanted, especially when one doesn’t stay tight.

Harness broke after two weeks. Two emails to company, only get AI responses and no action. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never received package, and can't get in touch with Dogshood but they received payment.

They sent me the wrong collar after it took several weeks to arrive. I contacted them and their AI service responded right away but then nothing.

After the 3rd time they responded and offered me a partial credit for their mistake. I let them know I had ordered more than just the collar and they again have not responded

I have asked for a full refund and have not received a response to this either.

Customer service is very poor and unresponsive

The Dogshood halter is held together by Velcro which pulls apart easily. My small dog broke loose of this very defective product and ran into the street. She almost got hit by a car. This is a dangerous and defective product. Buyer beware‼️

Purchased harness but having issue with proper fit, requested to return for full refund as per their website no risk money back quarantee policy. They have NO phone number for customer service, I have sent multiple emails requesting to return and get receiving automated responses stating someone will get back to me. BUYER BEWARE, the policy is fraudulent.

Quick to respond when I email them hours outside of my order being placed. Turns out an error was made on my address (address they gave doesn’t actually exist). Only for them to tell me “it was outside their change window”. Now it has been 3+ weeks and nothing.. not even responding to emails sent, even from multiple email addresses. Customer service sucks! And at this point I assume I have no option other than to cancel it and let the credit card company fight it out.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Thirty minutes into my first wall with my dog using Dogshood harness the D ring on the back came of with only a slight tug by my dog. I contacted Dogshood immediately, with pictures, requesting a refund of the entire order. I had also bought the extra D ring and a leash. Stating I was not happy with the quality. They responded br offering me a code to use that was good for $50 on their website. That was not the total cost of the order, only the harness. I replied back saying I did not a voucher. I wanted a refund. I did not get a response to that email or to the numerous times in the last month requesting a refund. Do not order anything from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 90 day money back guarantee is a lie. The harness I got didn't fit my dog well, the front strap was way too long. They kept bouncing me to different people. Then they provided a $45 voucher but doesn't cover the shipping cost (when I first ordered shipping was free). Now I want a refund and they have ghosted me.

My husband I both ordered a Dogshood no pull harness on the same day. Both harnesses arrived on the same day. We attempted to send back one and after sending 3 to 4 emails, still did not receive any information about how to send a return despite continuing to get replies that they have a 90-day guarantee return policy. They continued to ask us why we were returning even though I had mentioned in each email that it was a duplicate purchase. I do not recommend purchasing a harness from this company and will not be buying anything from a company in the future that does not have its return policy information/how to do make returns on the website

As I said previously, the overall quality of the harness build is not bad. However, it does NOT work as advertised. It does not turn your dog around when pulled. It merely rotates on the dog's back and becomes uncomfortable, tangling the leash between his legs. It works much better when attached as a normal harness using the rear d-ring. Customer service is BAD. They replied immediately to my complaint, promising to take care of it, but never replied again. You can buy better for less elsewhere.

The product is well made and worked great. I had to exchange it for the correct size and the customer service was very fast and helpful.

DO NOT buy from this company. Bad Reviews on reddit are TRUE. Do your research! I have small pugs-buckel was faulty and broke within the first 2 days-They were suppose to supply D rings free but we never received. Customer service does NOT reply to any of my emails-Olivia or kisha are the "names" they use as customer service contacts. I sent detailed pictures to them, original packaging tags as they require and contacted them immediatley. They claim and advertise product is under lifetime warrantee and they will resolve the matter right away but do nothing about it. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY nor product! DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID! I can only imagine how many others have been scammed.

Your service was very. Ice. The harness' are beautifully made. Dogs like them. They are comfortable. I should have gotten the leash.

Great quality product. Unfortunately I have to buy another since my dog decided to turn it into a chew toy and he destroyed it.

I bought a harness for my 10 year old sheltie and now she wants to go for a walk! With her previous harness she didn’t want to walk; even though it looked like it fit and didn’t appear to be rubbing she must have found it uncomfortable because the difference in her is amazing wearing her new dogs hood harness.

the harness is very hard to fit. The front loop allows the dog to dig in and pull not turn around.

The product is well made- unfortunately I ordered a large & it is too big, but when I contacted customer support they sent me a medium for FREE! & asked that I donate the large size to our local shelter- which I will do. Having received the medium, it is a better fit, still struggling with adjusting the front strap for the correct fit. I have a 50lb Samoyed, but a lot of her size is her coat. However, walking is getting better & I really like the leash with the elastic section- certainly helps with the pulling on my shoulders. Overall this is the best harness that we have tried for our puppy- & I have bought & returned many in the last year! Would highly recommend this product

Took longer than expected to get the products. However, fit is good, easy to put on and well made.

Both of my dogs loved it and it helped me control them very well
