Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Well, I decided to give this company another chance. The first time was a headache to say the least but they did refund my money and I finally received my products(minus all the FREE products I was supposed to have received) And as I said in my last review, they do have good products. So I decided to try them again and see if anything had changed. I placed my order on (Wednesday) Oct 14th. My total was $189+. I paid the $14.95 shipping cost for 2 BUSINESS DAY PRIORITY MAIL. I receive an email (Thursday) the next day, showing that a label had been created. I waited (Friday) and waited (Saturday) and waited (Sunday) I check status on Monday evening and see that I now have an EXPECTED ARRIVAL BY NOV 3- NOV 15
What did I pay $14.95 for? I will NEVER order from this company again!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered the trial packs of this product so I could check it out. In all, I spent $76.27. That was on August 28. It's now October 19 and I still haven't received my order. I have opened at least 5 tickets with them without any resolution and two of those tickets were simply closed with no explanation. They say they are going to expedite shipping to make up for the delay but nothing. Meanwhile, I continue to receive emails from them asking how I like, wanting me to order more, etc. etc. I would have given this product a fair shake but after this experience, I don't see me ever buying again even if I get my original order.

This is an awesome product. Shipping takes some time but well worth the wait. This product is for experienced to novice cannabis users. One shot for newbies and sky is the limit for veterans. Taste great and mixes well with flavored sparkling waters. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Sprinkle is amazing
Sprinkle is amazing! I have had migraines and fibromyalgia pain for years and have tried every prescription imaginable. Nothing has worked and the side effects were even worse. A friend sent me a link for Sprinkle. I have been using it every evening for almost two months. Within the first two weeks no migraines, and I sleep through the night rather than waking up every couple of hours. The chronic inflammation of fibromyalgia has been reduced drastically as well. Not only is the product amazing their customer service is amazing as well.

Excellent Customer Service
It’s rare these days in technology, to receive personal attention and not auto generated replies. The customer service team at Sprinkle was prompt in their replies to my emails. The person handling my exchange problem was kind, understanding, polite, and very patient with me!

This product does absolutely nothing
This product does absolutely nothing. A 5mg gummy is a thousand times better that 40mg of whatever this is. I didn't feel ANYTHING and I stopped and 40mg because even is 50mg made me feel like a 5mg gummy - who wants that much maltodextrin in a single drink? Also, it's not less expensive if you have to use 10x more. They don't really offer returns. Just store credit. It's a jar of nothing.

1 - first time they over charged me about 150$. Gave me a coupon code for next order. Hey this is a great company look at how they respond. So I thought.
2 - Placed next order only to run into their shipping delays. Sent them an email asking to cancel order. A few hours later re coved email saying my order was confirmed. According to their changing policies once the order is confirmed you can’t cancel. No I question the first time. Were they trying to get away with the 150$?
3 - Now, they’ve sent me a confirmed order that they want 500$ for. I DIDNT ORDER THIS!!! Now, I’m quite confident they were trying to get away with the 150$
This can’t all be coincidence. I think they are dumping product because of the upcoming implementation of changes to the 2018 Farm Bill Act!

Requested a sample a month ago and still no product. They get creative and comical with their excuses for poor service. I could have been a regular customer but they have already sealed their fate with me. They will most likely try to patch things up but its too late.

They refused to stop their autoship when I contacted immediately to cancel. It didn't ship until 4 days later. I would not trust them any further. Look into making your own for a fraction of the cost.
