Sprinkles is a great product and an even greater company. I tried two of their products which I enjoyed. The subscription plan is also great and a good savings. They kept me aware of shipping delays and communicated well, they responded quickly and took care of the delay and even gave me a coupon for a discount. Very nice people and a very good feeling with Sprinkles! Enjoy!

I love Sprinkle, I don't drink a glass of wine when I get home. Just a little Sprinkle and you just feel calm and I sleep better.

After writing them and trying to cancel a subscription order, they mailed my order anyway. And charge my account $119. This is unacceptable this company has no phone number that you can call no way to contact customer service except through an email and they take days to get back to you. Well, you can’t cancel something in days. It has to be canceled immediately. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ve cost me $250 of a product that is worthless to me because it doesn’t work. This is a scam by this time never sign up for a subscription with this company. It will cost you money. I will never recommend this company ever again and I will never try your products.

After placing an order they send you extra deals to purchase, accidentally ordered a deal for over $70 and couldn’t go back to remove it. Evidently there’s no way to get a refund, no customer service number to call. You’re basically scammed at this point! Emailed but they will get back with you? Buyer beware. 👎👎

We really LOVE Sprinkle Restore! my husband & I both take it every evening. It allows us to relax and get a deeper sleep. The flavor is awesome! The best part is ... NO HANGOVER!!

Terrible stuff. It doesn’t dissolve into cold drinks, and the effects are “meh”. I wasted almost $300 on their products and they will not even try and give me something that actually works. Going back to Good Feels enchancer

The fiirst time I used I used it I tried 1/2 dose during an event where most people were drinking alcohol, and the effect and vibe matched theirs really well.
Second time was after a surgery that makes it hard to get into a comfortable sleeping position because you basically have to sleep sitting up. I used a full dose after finding it impossible to get comfortable, and after maybe 15-20 min., I slept like a baby the whole night. (Always check with your surgeon first for possible contraindications. Mine said it would be OK)

The product is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding!! Zane and Sam have been so responsive in answering my many emails about discount coupons and everything else. They both are so professional, friendly and always so helpful in resolving any issues!

Sprinkle did an auto subscription for me...I didn't sign up for that. I wanted to try it before doing that, glad I did bc I had no positive reaction at all.
I never subscribe to anything w first order for this exact reason, no effect at all!

Love it you control how much its easy to find how much you're by starting low doses and add until you fine the amount you like its that simple

1 Star — UPDATED: Do Not Buy: Disappointing, Clumps & Fails to Dissolve, and Even Their "Fix" Doesn't Work

I bought the Sprinkle THC 5mg Chill Powder (Pack of 24) hoping for a convenient, discreet way to enjoy a relaxing, alcohol-free option while out or at home. Unfortunately, this product is a complete letdown and does not live up to any of its claims.

Refuses to Dissolve: The biggest flaw is that the powder simply does not dissolve—whether you use cold, warm, or hot liquid.

Messy Residue: Instead of mixing into the drink, most of the powder either floats to the top, sinks straight to the bottom, or clumps up and clings stubbornly to the sides and rim of the glassware.

Zero Discretion: Because it leaves a messy, chalky ring and floating particles behind, there is absolutely no way a person could use this discreetly by pouring it into a non-alcoholic drink at a restaurant or out at dinner.

Failed Company "Fix": After complaining to the company, I received an email telling me I should first make a "slurry" with warm water in my glass and whisk it quickly before pouring it into my drink. I tried that, and it did not work either. (I have pictures to prove it!)

No Effect: To top it all off, there was no discernible "effect" whatsoever after consuming it.
UPDATE: I was encouraged to update my review by the company. So here goess:1. I initially sent them all my info in the order number, dare, product & my complaint. They acted like I didn’t give them that info. I save all emails.
So, after back & forth emails with 2 customer service representatives, they finally sent me a refund & asked me to update my review.
The product does not work, it clumps up & floats on the top of the drink. I’m happy they refunded my $$; there are plenty of other powder products that engineer their product correctly using nano nanoemulsification or nano- encapsulation. Don’t waste your money on Sprinkle.

I have always looked forward to my morning cup of coffee and now I really enjoy it. I put 1 1/2 scoops in my coffee and have the most productive day.

Great product. Takes a bit to ship and be delivered, but happy with the results of the Sprinkle Sleep THC mix in 10 MG strength and 3mg melatonin. Definitely helps calm my brain and induces sleep.

I absolutely love the product. Canned THC and CBD was getting expensive for me, so I joke I started “rolling my own.” I take some flavoring and use a little blender to mix throughly and then add sparkling water. My past 2 orders took awhile to arrive. Maybe about 2-3 weeks. The reason I’m giving only 3 stars is because of my most recent order. I love the product, but something has gone horribly wrong with their inventory and shipping management. I placed an order on 9/9, a shipping label was created 9/16, and then everything just sat. I emailed them and they apologized and “submitted a ticket to fast track my order.” Ok great. Still nothing. I emailed again at the end of September, and was informed a product was out of stock. Why on earth wasn’t I told that before? After continued back and forth I asked if I could just replace it with something else. Unfortunately then I was told we couldn’t because the order had been marked “fulfilled for shipping.” Oh? How is something fulfilled for shipping without the items I ordered? They did offer me a $50 credit back which I gladly took because I felt like I was never getting this shipment. Finally on 10/16 I was told the product was available and my order would be shipped asap. Well, here I am on 10/20 still waiting and ready to just do a full chargeback with my credit card company.

Chalky tastes terrible hurts gut

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Well, I decided to give this company another chance. The first time was a headache to say the least but they did refund my money and I finally received my products(minus all the FREE products I was supposed to have received) And as I said in my last review, they do have good products. So I decided to try them again and see if anything had changed. I placed my order on (Wednesday) Oct 14th. My total was $189+. I paid the $14.95 shipping cost for 2 BUSINESS DAY PRIORITY MAIL. I receive an email (Thursday) the next day, showing that a label had been created. I waited (Friday) and waited (Saturday) and waited (Sunday) I check status on Monday evening and see that I now have an EXPECTED ARRIVAL BY NOV 3- NOV 15
What did I pay $14.95 for? I will NEVER order from this company again!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered the trial packs of this product so I could check it out. In all, I spent $76.27. That was on August 28. It's now October 19 and I still haven't received my order. I have opened at least 5 tickets with them without any resolution and two of those tickets were simply closed with no explanation. They say they are going to expedite shipping to make up for the delay but nothing. Meanwhile, I continue to receive emails from them asking how I like, wanting me to order more, etc. etc. I would have given this product a fair shake but after this experience, I don't see me ever buying again even if I get my original order.

This is an awesome product. Shipping takes some time but well worth the wait. This product is for experienced to novice cannabis users. One shot for newbies and sky is the limit for veterans. Taste great and mixes well with flavored sparkling waters. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
