I placed an order on December 1 that they confirmed twice. When I tried to cancel the duplicate order they lied and said it had already been shipped, and asked if I would take a 50% credit on the second order. I agreed, but they never gave me the credit. After several email exchanges where they insist they processed the credit and said it's now out of their hands -- I have to take it up with my bank. I'm certain now, especially after reading other reviews, that this is their standard practice. It's outrageous. UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 because they finally came through and gave me the refund they promised months ago. I believe it's because of my review but in the end they did the right thing.

I ordered a micro needle set. It did not arrive and no tracking information. I tried to call to follow up but could not get through to anyone. Sent email they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. It has been way past the date they said they would refund it. I have reached out multiple times and they keep saying it was processed. I finally contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Where I have found so many companies that you deal with online to be inefficient and products non-refundable, Renewa Skin is the opposite. I have ben trying to contact this company for nearly a week about their return policy for a defective product.
*No reply to emails
*No telephone response. The answering service requests a number be entered to reach a representative but any number pushed will not connect and I was told to try again with the same results.
A 100 day guaranty means nothing!!

My package arrived a day ago with limited instructions on the back of the box, I sent an email asking for help and EJ replied immediately with the information I need to use the product. I haven’t use it yet, but I’m very satisfied with the costumer service they provide.

Ordered back in December, the wand for veins. First, it took forever to arrive, then when it did, it was not what I ordered. After reading all the bad reviews ( after the fact), I don't think I'll deal with them. Lesson learnt.

There should be negative numbers for this company. They truly don't stand by their word regarding cancellations and refunds. The customer service lines don't answer within the 59 minutes we have to call for cancellations. They send items anyway, then make it hard to return. Bad business.

My husband bought me the Renewa Lift for my 61st birthday about 3 weeks ago. I have been using it everyday for about a week and going on 2 weeks and I can start feeling and seeing a difference on my skin texture, fine lines on and definitely under the eyes. I love the activator serum and how fast it drys and not feel sticky, however I wish it came in a bigger bottle. I have certain goals I’m trying to reach so right now it’s still early and will continue to use.
