The product arrived within 2 weeks and after inspection, all checked out, clean, new and ready to try. I have only used it for a few trials but all seems to be going as I had hoped. Tiny needles, red face but much plumper a few hours later and the red is gone. I asked for a replacement piece which EJ sent out immediately. Great customer service. I believe I already see a difference. Very pleased.

the customer support is excellent. I am new to this product and called to see why it was taking so long for the liquid to disperse thru the needling bottle. Glad I called and found out that the item was probably defective and that they would send me new ones. I had no idea what was going on. Matthew immediately corrected the issue and I will be trying the product when the new supply arrives. Not sure yet how it works, but Matthew was very helpful and explained everything.

I saw results after one use. But what was surprising were the side benefits. Im not a doctor and can only give my personal experience. The micro pulses helped my facial lymphatic drainage and also helped to clear up some of my persistent sinus congestion. Further I have been doing facial exercises to tighten the muscles around my nasal folds, marionette lines and sagging jowls. The micro pulses I concentrated on these areas while doing these exercised visably improved the results over just 2 weeks of daily use for 2 min on each area. Add that to the benefits of the light therapy, cellular and collagen stimulation and I can't be more pleased with my purchase. I bought another one for my niece who suffers from acne scars, and will be buying one for my mother soon as well.

When I tried to place my order several days ago I saw a notification that said it could not be shipped to Israel. Tonight I received a phone call from Angel in Florida apologizing for this and offering to place the order for me. She went above and beyond. I am a past and present satisfied customer. They stand behind their products. My EMS quit working just outside 100 days of using my Renewa Lift and they honored a replacement. Thank goodness, I hate to loose all the progress I've made using it!

I want to let you know that I really appreciated the ease of talking to your representative. His name is Stephen and he was so helpful! A week after using the device, I called as I did not feel the vibration when using the device. Stephen had me take a video of me using the device and send it to him and he noticed the cap was still on the end. I have to admit I felt so silly. Stephen was so kind and told me it happens more often than you think. I felt confident in using the device after that! When I called in to return the device, again got Steven on the phone. I was so glad as he was very helpful and courteous and understanding what I was needing. While the device did not work for me, I really like the collagen handcream as it made my hands look younger and softer! I also really like the Niacinamide Serum and Hyluronic Acis serum as it feel softer and healthier! I will definitely keep ordering these products!Calling your company was a wonderful, enjoyable experience. Thank you so much and thank you Stephen!

Amazing customer service! I lost my charging cord and the replaced it without any issues or cost. They respond time was amazing. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend!

The items I ordered had issues and they sent me a replacement, still that one did not work and I had to return it back. I am now waiting for my refund. In all these process EJ was so great , professional and understanding.

I called Renewa Skin after receiving my order. Everything was there except the Renewa Eyelift. I spoke with Stephen in customer service and he was quite helpful. He apologized and he then asked if he could put me on a brief hold. He spoke to the warehouse and had them order the missing item to be sent to me. He came back on the phone and explained that I would get an email in 5min. and then a tracking number as soon as it shipped out. I received Stephen's email with another apology. To summarize this experience I am pleased with the customer support. Haven't tried the products
yet. But I'm excited to.

When I called customer Service this time I spoke with EJ.this time. He was very helpful and kind. I am not happy with the products and I’m asking for a full refund. Will keep you posted if they follow through with what they said. I just want to send everything back and get my money back. The glasses did not function properly. I had contacted the company twice before and they sent me videos didn’t help. They said they would send me a new pair didn’t happen as for the micro needle, lean in infusion absolutely impossible to open. The one I did get opened became discolored. The instructions are not well written and quite small the skin care products really no results whatsoever and I have been using my due diligence to try for two months, let’s see if Customer Service will give me a full refund as promised when I bought these products will keep you posted.
