I had an issue with the eye renewal glasses a few weeks after purchase and customer service (Matthew) was amazing. He responded to my email almost immediately and resolved the issue promptly without any additional expense on my end.

Renewa contacted me expressing genuine concern for my experience - Matthew explained that Renewa was working with the product distributor to solve a previous issue, and my complaint was the first about this particular problem. (The serum bottle wouldn't open - but maybe the instructions to open it were applicable to the previous discontinued vial? IDK, but I didn't feel comfortable prying open a bottle of serum intended to penetrate my skin.)
*Resolution over the phone was friendly.
(The email reps never quite got up to speed.)

Considering the majority of the 5star reviews are praising the customer service rep who helped refund a defective product...does anyone know of a competitor who sells a similar device that doesn't break after 6 months, actually gets shipped, and actually does what it says it will?

I bought the lifetime warranty and the port where you plug in the cord has pushed in and won’t accept the cord. The response from customer service is very courteous but they never solve the problem and send me a new one. All they say is they are escalating the issue then they start over with a new
person. Too bad because I liked the product but the company does not honor the warranty. Do I do not recommend this product because of that.
Company contacts me through email after I write this review and apologizes and says we’re right on it and we’re shipping a new one to you right away, please change your review. Of course nothing happens. They were just trying to to get me to retract my review. Buyer beware!

Renewa Skin must be excellent because it stays on back order. I ordered and my order was delayed twice so I requested to cancel. EJ with customer service immediately cancelled my order and is processing a refund. He is an excellent customer support representative!

Kei was my contact person and he was excellent. he has helped me through the worry of a non working product .he arranged a refund immediately after explaining my options. I requested a refund when I was not given a date of delivery. They responded with offering me a discount. I again asked for a refund based on the ambiguous response on estimated delivery. They sent an email saying they processed a refund, then two days later I got an email saying they are sending the item. I wrote back and Matthew, he stated sorry for the misunderstanding, we gave you the $29.00 discount. (this is not what we agreed on.) I said I want a refund not a discount. He said, The item has been shipped. There is nothing I can do. Back and forth, of games buying time to do what they intend to do. I am now calling my bank. Not a honorable company. He wrote back and said, we never agreed to a full refund.
Replying to your response. I never had positive results from using the product????? I haven't used the product. Obviously a generic response to my 1 STAR

Not only did the product not work, within a month it didn't function. Despite the promise of a full refund, the customer service representative actively denied my request, repeatedly failed to provide an address to return the product.once returned, they made me prove that the product, which they clearly had in hand, had been returned. when I threatened to appeal to my credit card company, they finally agreed to the refund. However, I'm still waiting nearly 3 months later

I received my RenewaLift device within a couple of weeks after placing my order and started using it right away. I used it every night before bed for 6 months and did see improvements in my skin tone and pores. I think the device helped my skincare products to penetrate better too because my skin never looked better. I would have rated the device 5-stars if it weren't for the fact that the EMS/vibration has mysteriously stopped working. I have continued to use the device with the red light alone, but my skin isn't the same without it. I've started breaking out and the firmness is diminishing after only 10 days. It's too bad. I was really pleased with it, but for $120 USD I would expect it to last longer.

This rating is only for the customer service I received. My unit wasn’t working properly so I contacted them. The customer service from Kei was outstanding. Once she confirmed that my red light glasses were not working properly, she asked if I wanted a replacement or not. Very responsive and cares about the customer.
