Extremely over priced item. The battery life for the cost should last 10x as long as it actually does. Not impressed at all with the battery life in “auto” mode,or in the “on” position. I really hope people see this review. Will not be buying again.

The magnate is kind of weak and then light goes off after a while.

Ordered a set of lights for our stairways and these were excellent. Had a minor issue with one and the item was replaced very quickly - and I live in Canada!

The customer support I received from illuminateCo was first rate, probably the best support experience I have had with an online vendor organization! I had to update my shipping address after my order was placed and they took care of it immediately. When I received the unit, it had some scratches, likely from testing. The unit worked great, but the unboxing experience was negatively impacted by the scratches so I emailed support and without any hesitation they shipped me a new one! In this day and age, the communication from their support team has been nothing short of superb.
It also helps that the light itself is awesome!

I’m still waiting for my delivery as the first parcel was stolen from my letterbox. A brief email led to several responses from the support team and without any drama, new lights are on their way. I am so impressed with the after sales service. Can’t wait to install

My order arrived yesterday, in perfect shape. Installation was simple and already enjoying the interior lighting it provides for our coat closet. Excellent communications and timely responses to questions in delivery status. I have already recommended the product to other family and friends. Will probably place additional orders in the future after this initial experience.

Illuminate 2.0 are the best lighting options. If you don’t want to use an electrician, I absolutely love them. Customer service is top-notch. I actually miss placed my package and they did everything they can to help me through the process. I ended up finding them, but they never let a minute go by that they weren’t in touch. Rubbish! I bought two of these value and £70 in May 6 months later. One of them is completely broke despite being charged many different times with many different plugs. Avoid avoid avoid

I have ordered a lamp and was concerned it would not be delivered to Australia in time for Christmas x so I have been contacting customer service and they have been constantly keeps my me up to date with the status of the arrival x very happy with the service x would strongly recommend

Put it in my closet but sensor must not work because It stays on all the time won't go on and off

I was really impressed with the service. I had ordered a set of product last spring and am very happy. I just ordered another 3 and they arrived with a defect - the motion sensor was not working good. I wrote an email with the video of my issue to the support email, and within 24 hours I had a reply and confirmation that replacement products are on the way. top service!!! thank you.

I bought four apex lights last year and I had some trouble installing two of the bases as they fell off the wall and broke. I got in touch to ask for replacements. Someone came back to me the same day and immediately arranged for new bases to be sent out, then stayed in touch until they arrived a week later.

I love the lights but I’m even more thrilled with the customer support I’ve received - it was quick, reliable and extremely helpful even months after my original purchase! I will definitely buy from here again.
