I have been writing to them since the 8th September 2026 regarding a light I received as a result of a promotion where i posted a review. I was asked to choose the light and did so. Upon receipt it was not the same as the others I had already purchased and had a different USB connector which was very inconvenient.
I wrote to them 3 times about this issue requesting the correct light being sent to me, but I have not had one single reply

Placed order, payment done through shop app never received items BEWARE SCAM!!!

ORDER NUMBER DISAPEARED NO CONTCT NUMBER BEWARE SCAM SCAM JUST STOLED MY MONEY

Allot of hype, but the reality is these lights need weekly or twice weekly charging. They come on for about 20 seconds and then go off if they don’t detect movement like when your chopping (not particularly safe to loose light while chopping). You can set them to stay but then you’d be charging them multiple times per week. Just not great.

I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH SHOP APP. SAID EVERYTHING WAS 100% PROTECTED. AT 1ST THE ORDER WAS THERE. NOW NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND WEBSITE WENT AWAY AS SOON AS I ORDERED. TOTAL SCAM! 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I ordered an electric bike from them have sent multiple emails asking for updates on my order they haven’t responded to any of those. I recently asked for a refund only to to also get no response and my order seems to have disappeared off of my shop app please don’t shop here I was scammed out of $284.99

They aren’t amazing. They don’t allow google reviews to be written, so clearly they aren’t confident. On sensor mode I’m recharging twice per week for one light and once for the other two. When triggered they go off quickly, often when you’re standing at the kitchen bench working. I would not recommend this product. Allot of hype without substance

Ordered two lights, first order didn’t arrive and they said they’d arrange for another to be sent. Nothing arrived! Contacted them to find out where it was and haven’t had a peep out of them since, generally ignore emails and haven’t refunded my original purchase.

Would avoid at all costs….

Order didn’t arrive, contact with the company was very difficult initially.
I received a refund and a promise that they would send me a light free of charge as a thank you for my patience. That hasn’t arrived either.
This company needs to be far more transparent.

I bought 2 of the Outdoor Solar Lights and they are the most reliable solar lights I've ever bought. There are so many cheap solar lights on the market, but it's great to finally find reliable ones of high quality from an excellent supplier. These are perfect for parts of your garden where you need light when putting out the bins etc.

Took weeks to arrive from china. They were bright but buzzing. Told to return them at cost they would refund. Since retuning they have failed adhere to what was agreed. I was left to cover cost of retuning and this was not what was agreed. Then the founder came on and started being rude after I put up this review. Still not had my refund have no lights and out of pocket for postage. I would not recommend - customer service very poor and products not reliable. I have not been refunded either so disappointing. Having to claim refund through payment provider. Avoid!!!

Great product. I ordered three Halo Light Pro, use them in bathroom, landing and all. Really helps at night and saves flicking on the big lights!
Powerful but very light in weight.

I been a customer of Trylluminate, I recently upgraded to the 2.0 lights and wow, amazing new quality and battery life.

Love these lights! I have them across my whole house now😂 the battery lasts longer than my previous ones and they are still working after 1 year! 10/10

Ordered the sconce light. Arrived after a few weeks. They ship from china but i don’t feel they make it clear that it’s going to take weeks to arrive. Anyway - unpackaged and everything seems fine. Charged it to full and then stuck it to the wall. Used it maybe 3/4 times for about 30 mins while we’re having tea as it just sits above our dining table. Came to turn it on again and it doesn’t turn on. It’s completely lost its charge. Charged it back up to full and the same thing happens again. Not getting more than 2 hours use from a full charge. Completely useless for the purpose it serves. We didn’t use it all that often after it first arrived so unfortunately I’m out of the returns window. Emailed TryIlluminate to see if there was anything that could be done (assuming I’ve got a faulty product here as it advertised up to 20 hours of continuous use). Didn’t hear anything for a few days. Emailed again asking if somebody could respond and still nothing. It’s been 18 days since my first email and no reply.

I’ve bought 3 strip lights that all work well and i have no issues but the lack of communication on this issue has completely put me off. Won’t be getting my custom again. 1/5

Beautiful kitchen lights, really bright and make the whole space look so much cleaner and modern. Great quality and easy to install. Very happy with them.So impressed with these kitchen lights from Litch. They give amazing light, look stylish, and feel very well made. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the two new "Halos" from Tryilluminate, which lighten up my kitchen cupboards as soon as I open the doors.
I'll be purchasing two more for my larger (under the sink) cupboards.
