Since I came across this store in 2024 I have been patronizing them and I can’t more happier! I tried so many brands but True Sea Moss is the best because it delivers what it says. My skin is glowing and I feel great internally each time I need to chart with the customer service there’s always someone to provide me with details of my order and concerns.

I love the taste of this sea moss. I feel better when I do take it daily.
I love the sea moss, the taste is very good. My doctor recommended sea moss over all the medication I was taking.
The only problem I have is with the delivery of 3 jars at one time. I don’t see this as sea moss problem but as the mail delivery of tossing on porch and breaking jars. This I’m tired of, there’s got to be a better way. Last delivery 2 out of 3 jars broken , no I didn’t turn it in because I went on vacation the next day after delivery

I didn’t care for my experience and…
I didn’t care for my experience and will not order again. I canceled my order immediately after reading their sea moss has iodine in it, but they were having system issues and couldn’t cancel immediately, as I asked, but said they would cancel as soon as the system was fixed. The next day I received a message that they were shipping my order. I notified them of the cancellation on the day prior but they ignored and said that they wouldn’t do anything about it, as it canceled too late, even though it was due to their system failure. The rep was rude and when I asked them to look at the messages between myself and the previous rep, the response was just nasty. The rep then said they canceled the subscription and today I received a message that my order was being sent. I had to send a message to cancel again. It shouldn’t take that much to cancel or get a refund. Good luck!

I had a great experience with Sea Moss
I had a great experience with Sea Moss. My first order arrived damaged because the package had been ripped during shipping, and the product was broken. After I reached out, sent photos, and explained what happened, their customer service responded quickly and refunded me with no problems.
When I placed my second order, I emailed them beforehand and asked if they could bubble wrap my package to help protect it during shipping. They were happy to do so, and my order arrived safely in perfect condition.
I’m very happy with both their customer service and the quality of the product. They listened to my concerns, went the extra mile to make things right, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Sea Moss and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their customers.

I love the fact my order came as expected. I had a devastating experience upon opening my package my pineapple and mango jar was broken and I was so hurt. I contacted True Seamoss the whole time I thought they would give me a hard time but it was definitely not even close. I received my soursop flavor Seamus today and I didn’t like the taste.
I reached out to customer service and explained my situation and they understood my concern and were happy to send me a different flavor at no cost to me.

I love the apple favor
I love the apple favor, not so much the blueberry.. So I changed my order.. so far vary helpful this company has been very helpful.. My daughter tried it for the first time and she liked the blueberry, she didn’t get to try the apple flavor..She will with the next order..
